Faites attention a vos objet de valeur car il disparaisse quand vous etes coucher !! ca fait 2 fois que des bagues disparaisse , ma belle mere en avait perdu une qui c est retrouve sur le chariot de celle qui donne les pillules comme par magie apres avoir gueule fort et fait une plainte et maintenant le jonc de marriage a mon pere , la seule chose qui le reliais encore a ma mere !! Ca prend tu un enfant de chienne d ecoeurante !!!! Pas fort !!!

If you are planning to use this agency I would suggest you STOP. First of all if the CLSC is using them to outsource work to , know they were the lowest bidder . And let me tell you, the care quality shows it. First off, don't call in an emergency . if they do answer the phone ( which is rare) they usually have "no agents" who can help despite their claims of having over 130 of them. I asked for help in an urgent situation. I am still waiting for them to call me back 12 months later. Now let us talk about the no shows. Oh yes the lovely scheduled agents who simply do not show up to do their jobs. They will be paid for their time and not show up to do their jobs and your loved ones will suffer. And if you do get an agent to show up. They will go in and out in under 10 minutes doing nothing on their required list. So if your CLSC tells you they are using agency stop. Do yourself a favor. Find a new agency or demand the CLSC find another. These people are the bottom of the barrel.

My mother has lived at the Wellesley for several years and her experience has been wonderful. The staff is unfailingly kind and professional, the activities are fun and stimulating, and the food is really good too! I feel comfortable knowing that she is surrounded by kind people who are looking out for her.

Excellent home care for my mom, who was living with cancer and wanted to remain in her home. The caregivers were very compassionate and loving towards her, and attentive to details with respect to her care.
