Some of the Psw are really good. They don't do their job just for the paycheque. As for the co-ordinator that's another story. When the Psw don't come she don't call to give a heads up. Would have recommended this place before but not now.

Mom passed away recently due to complications from Alzheimers. The care and compassion Mom received from the management and staff at Post Inn Village truly gave us comfort. Everyone we came in contact with at Post Inn Village made us realize she was in good hands. We would like to specifically mention the Social Service Worker, Sachan, the Senior Nursing Manager, Marina, as well as all the nursing managers, the Life Enrichment Therapist, Ryan, the Occupational Therapist, Cilesia, and all of the wonderful PSW's on the 2nd floor - Willow. Special mention must be made of the Lunchtime Kitchen Manager, Biljana. Biljana very quickly came to know what foods Mom would eat, the texture required, and she made every effort to ensure Mom had what she needed and her concern was evident. We continue to be very touched when we remember Biljana's interest in and caring for Mom and hope that all those who require memory care could experience the compassion of this wonderful team. My family couldn't have picked a better place for my dad.

Can't guarantee times so what is the point? If you have an issue they happily tell you because you're poor you're lucky to get any service at all. Half the time the workers never show up and when they do they complain about our building's parking like we have any control over it. Reception is unhelpful and rude. Probably going to have to quit my job to look after my mother full time putting us in even more debt. Really grateful for "the help" guys.

Here at Chartwell Martha's Landing Retirement Residence we have had the pleasure of teaming up with Qualicare Burlington and their services for 2+ years. Jerry and his team are always available and go above and beyond to arrange for staffing relief in our home when needed and always sends us the perfect worker for the job. Qualicare Burlington services have also been used numerous times by our residents privately & is our #1 recommendation to seniors moving back to their homes in the community. The Qualicare team is compassionate and provides excellent service to our seniors! Highly recommend this team!

King Nursing Home is literally a godsend! I was very apprehensive of placing my mom in this facility in 2016. Boy was I wrong!! The staff are simply amazing! The care my mother has received there is top notch! Caring, understanding, helpful, informative are just a few of the words to explain how great these folks are. My mother always said “never judge a book by its cover” and this is soooo true! I wouldn’t want my mom anywhere else (but home with me).

I've been with Bayshore for almost 10 years as a PSW. It has gone though a lot of radical changes though the years. Kitchener Bayshore has changed branch management and I feel this is a very good change. All of the new staff/management have now been in Kitchener for over a year, maybe 2 even. The Nursing supervisors are supportive and caring, as is the HR Manager and last but not least the Branch Manager. They will sit down and discuss any difficulties you're having. I actually enjoy going to my Head Office for the 1st time in years. Thanks Team❣ Its nice to be appreciated. MH28

I cannot praise this place enough. My boss was left short-staffed when one of his mother's caregivers abruptly quit just before the end-of-year holidays; the team at Home Instead took the reins immediately resolved a very stressful situation. We are so grateful for their excellent work. Cecilia was so helpful, communicative, and organized. She really made us feel cared for.
