After searching for months for a residence, my friend finally found a nice and comfortable place with great surroundings for his mother. She's been living at Vivendi for the last two years. She's very happy with the services and the warmth of the staff. Not to mention that its very affordable comparing it to other residences. If there were any issues, my friend spoke to the staff/manager and they acted right away. The problem is that when a patient becomes non-autonomous and needs more specific services, he can't stay there any more, the patient needs to be transferred to a CHSLD (that it’s a lot more expensive). Management will do their best to help relocate the patient. A protocol must be followed. The place is always clean, going through renovations and the patients are happy with the food, often done specially to their specific diet. I completely recommend Vivendi; the activities are great even if my friend's mom won't participate all the time.

Great food. Great service. Everyone is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make your day. I highly recommend this wonderful residence.

The most caring and comforting caregivers cared for my dad for many years. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and professional. My phone calls were always answered, no matter what day of the week or time. I would highly recommend using Comfort Keepers to care for your relative as they wont let you down.

Great staff, location, service

Dr. does not see patients; Dr. is there infrequently & meets with head nurse to review a list. We asked that my father be seen by Dr. in person. He has still not seen the doctor in person. The online description “Regular doctor visits in the comfort of their room” http://www.excelsoins-en.com/ Dad needs ears cleaned regularly. I asked he be recommended for ear cleaning. Nothing done. Dad's hearing aid needs cleaning. I asked for help with contacting an audiologist for cleaning his hearing aid. No reply. Dad was found in bed without his dentures and extreme plaque and bleeding in his upper gums. No monitoring or help with brushing teeth or cleaning dentures. No communication with family about Dad’s medical status. There was COVID outbreak; no communication. Laundry badly mismanaged. Several of Dad’s clothes gone missing. I visited Dec 2023 he was wearing worn pajama pants ripped in seat. All 6 new panst I left him with are gone. I met with management about it. Nothing done.

They really take good care of their residents. I love going to the Sunday concerts with my grandmother.
