We needed some help with meal prep and cleaning, and the peace of mind to know that someone is looking in on my father a couple of times a week. Right at Home worked with us and check in constantly. They're fantastic.

Shortage of staff, no passion , lack of activity for residents, especially long-term care.

Some of the Psw are really good. They don't do their job just for the paycheque. As for the co-ordinator that's another story. When the Psw don't come she don't call to give a heads up. Would have recommended this place before but not now.

Union Villa is a great place to have your beloved one live at. The building is fairly new with lots of big windows. It is neat, always clean and fresh. You often see fresh flowers at every corner. The activities and services provided are more than excellent. And above all the staff is incredibly delightful. They are extremely friendly, very professional, and helpful. They respond promptly to your concerns and are very compassionate. I have watched them treating their residence with love and care all the time. I would recommend this place 100%.

Very caring home for the aged, great staff.

When you call it always goes to voicemail. Very frustrating trying to actually get through!!! The nurses disregard the doctors orders and do what they feel is right for the patient.
