Was told that if I had any issues after surgery regarding my packing to call and a nurse would be able to assist. Was not expecting the nurse to advise she did not have supplies with her and to just use a gauze pad. Was informed upon discharge wound would be repacked. Seems there are issues setting proper expectations.

Terrible service. My husband is a 30 year veteran of the Armed Forces the service or lack of was disgusting. He had to call them 4 days straight to try and arrange an appointment. He was suppose to get on going appointments which they didn't show up for. Each day he called he spoke to a different person with promises of a call back which he never got until the 5th day late in the afternoon. No apology or anything. Just wanting to finally make an appointment. To which he said, "no thanks, too late, I will get care elsewhere". Their response was, " oh, well you will get the same service other places as you get here". (As she laughed). Really......... how professional. My husband has had amazing care from a different company, great service, amazing job, on going appointments, amazing and professional staff. The one time he did get service from Bayshore the did a horrible job and they were very unprofessional. I would never recommend their services.

I was walking by here yesterday and I was texting a friend.. all of a sudden a lady grabbed me by the shoulder and pushed me aside because she thought I was taking a picture of her.. she was very angry and went inside the building.. I don't know if she worked there but hey that was very rude!!
