Frontline.workers...psws and nurses are excellent and provide great care. Management seems to need some work. When new management came into Tabor the place started going.downhill. They are.more concerned with money than service. Perhaps respect love and.dignity should be shown by them too.

Staff are rude. Belongings go missing, never to be returned. Cuts and bruises appear with no notes on record about how they happened and who was handling the resident.

Best place for our mother. Excellent staff and care. So blessed.

I was asked NOT to come to see my friend of over 40 some years because his step daughter was his pow ( power of attorney ) .... she as a matter of fact does NOT even know me !!!!!! So very sorry for this because I know that dementia patients need all the love and compassion they can handle ..... I am soooo sorry GORD for this. ..please know I will always have you in my heart ...❤️xxxx

Amazing place they are so respectful, and caring.My brother is there every time I go see him.I am impress how they treat everyone.It is not easy believe me this are not easy going people. They deserve all the credit, amazing home made meals, very clean and very supportive thank you to all of you.God bless you always

A great not for profit organization that help seniors living at home. They're the ones with Meals on Wheels!

Exellent care for the elderly.

Excellent facility, superb staff and amazing residents.

My mother has lived at Traditions for 3 1/2 years. I had many hopes and expectations of her quality of life in a retirement home when we were deciding where she would spend her later years. Traditions has met and well exceeded those expectations! Her favourite place to be is in the beautiful wooded setting of the backyard patio. She has spent many hours there enjoying time chatting with other residents, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels. It is so relaxing. I can't say enough about the loving, caring and thoughtful staff who all give such personal attention. They call the residents by name and they don't hesitate to offer extra assistance. In the dining room and kitchen they are very aware of everyone's special diets, state of health, likes and dislikes. The meals, with many choices, are delicious and well presented. I so often wish that I could just sit down and eat there! The management, the front desk staff, the recreational staff, the nurses and the cleaning and maintenance staff are all so caring and efficient, and willing to help with a smile in any way that they can. My mother has had a few health challenges since moving in and I can't say enough about the care that she has been given. We are so grateful to everyone at Traditions, including the residents, who are like a family and are very supportive of each other.

Looks really modern and upscale. Voting booth was at this location so I only got to see the lobby area...

Wonderful staff! Friendly residents and a beautiful garden

St. Catharines Place really needs an overhaul on the rooms. Not the main lobby. Staff are wonderful rooms are VERY dated.
