This place should be closed down. Its filthy, and the staff are very rude. They charge a lot of money for rent from these people who some of them have no idea whats going on. Food is so below healthy.

I have had a great experience with nurse next door -( St Catharines). Their services have made a huge difference for us as they have enabled my mother (89) to stay where she is rather than move to a nursing home. For the past few months we have had a PSW from Nurse next door visit my mother twice a week. The people have been fantastic, and most importantly my mother likes them and looks forward to their visits. When my mom has had an upcoming appointment on her regular visit days, they contact me to see if i would like to cancel or reschedule the visit. If we cancel there has been no cost. They help mom out with whatever she is doing whether its taking her to the library or for a walk in the park, or just sitting and reading together. Everyone has been sensitive, helpful and courteous. It is also comforting to know that if my mothers nursing care needs escalate suddenly, they will be there for me to call on. Nurse next door has been great.

The Director and the team at Angel's did a great job caring for my brother. Their understanding and teamwork were invaluable to keep him safe, comfortable and well cared for. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Don't send your loved ones here. Until they were taken over by the new company this was a wonderful place but since the takeover care has gone down considerably. My mother was a resident for a few years when the Thomas Group owned the place and received excellent care. When the new owners bought the home the level of care dropped far enough that the Ministry of Long Term Carm had to step in. When my mother passed away we were given 24 hours to remove all of her possessions or we would forefit them. That not being bad enough it was 5+ hours before she was pronounced and her body was removed from the room. During that time we were expected to pack and remove all her furnishings and personal items with her body still in the bed and NOT even covered. We asked if there was someplace she could be left to rest outside of the room and were told 'no that is not their policy'. This meant that while trying to pack all of her personal items she was laying in her bed where she died without so much as a sheet to cover her. It was over 4 hours before the doctor arrived to pronounce her dead and then 2 more hours before the funeral home came to pick her up. Within the 6+ hours not one staff member even expressed condolences to our family on her passing and she had been there over 3 years so it wasn't like they didn't know her. While she was there her health deteriorated and she required a great deal of care, most of which she didn't receive. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone someone I cared about.

My dad absolutely loved Fox Run! The owners were attentive to his every need, he felt like he was home. Thank you Pat for the care and attention you gave my dad.
