For the short stay at my Mom's end of Life, I cannot say enough praises for the wonderful staffing here. Their care and compassion are exemplary. I was so fortunate to have my mom in their care. Thank-you

It's a halfway house for schizophrenics who have been in jail and can be violent. Yet for some reason the people who dwell here are allowed to possess swords.

The car in the picture is abandoned more than a year. It occupied a parking space and nobody pay attention. at least remove this garbage. The plate is expired too. If I park outside one night I will get a 40$ thicket and nobody ever noticed this car is there for such a long time.

If I could give Caroline Place more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Mly mother has been living here for the past 4 months. From the first day she arrived she was made to feel extremely welcome. There is such a warm and friendly atmosphere that you feel the moment you walk through the doors. Each person is treated as an individual with their own situations and circumstances respected and adhered to. My mother can be as busy as she likes with so many activities, outings and exercises to choose from or she can do her own thing in the privacy of her comfortable suite. As her daughter living at a great distance, I can rest assured for the first time in ages that my mother is eating properly, having her medication given to her as prescribed and that if something isn't quite right there is a whole team of caring people who have got their eye on her. She makes the decisions for her day to day life but has that support where it is needed. She tells me she feels safe and secure here and that is a huge relief to my family. The best thing about Caroline Place though is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. In our situation not only have they been a great support to my mother, they have been wonderfully helpful and communicative with myself. Nothing seems difficult for them and everything seems possible. Bonnie Roe has been incredible and has made so many things that seem like tough decision making smooth and easy. From the management to the nurses, to the front desk and all the support staff there, I can't thank all of you enough. You're all wonderful!!!

I have an open wound that needs to be packed every day. My regular nurse during the week is concerned about it to the point where she requested it be looked at by a wound care specialist. I have been waiting around all day today, Sunday for it to be repacked and re-bandaged as per instructions by my surgeon, and I am told that the weekend nurse yesterday, who has seen me this one time only, suggested it only needed changing every other day, and I am only finding out about it now. No one bothers to tell me, nor do they follow the instructions of my surgeon. Is this so they can book off weekends? Or is this a scam to charge for visits not done? I am being told that a nurse can make such a recommendation, contrary to my doctor's orders, and my regular nurse's concern where she made a recommendation for a wound care specialist.

They are a great company to work for and with. They care for their employees as well as the care provided for others. I appreciate this team so much. I've learned a lot from this team as well as the people I've cared for.

I'm incredibly disappointed by this place, everything from unprofessional calls where the reps were rude to informing me that they cannot help me through the holidays. people contact an agency like this because they need help, and yet this is some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. Would not reccomend.

-0 STARS. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. ADMINISTRATOR STEALS, LIES, MANIPULATES, AND THREATENS RESIDENTS WITH EVICTION IF THEY DONT LET HER HAVE THEIR CRA REFUNDS, OR THEIR CPPD REFUNDS. SHE CLAIMS SHE NEEDS IT TO REIMBURSE THE "CITY" WHILE THE CHEQUES ARE WRITTEN IN HER NAME AND CASHED BY HER TO LINE HER POCKETS WITH MISAPPROPRIATED FUNDS. SHE RESELLS FOOD BY MAKING THE RESIDENTS BUY SNACKS OUT OF A MACHINE THAT IS FILLED WITH FOOD PURCHASED FROM THE "HOUSE" FOOD BUDGET. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SUFFER AS THEY ARE, I HAVE REPORTED HER TO AS MANY PEOPLE IN CHARGE, AND AM STILL COMING ACROSS MORE THINGS SHE HAS DONE ILLEGALLY. THIS WOMEN WILL BE PAYING FOR HER CRIMES SOON!!
