Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff.

This is the 2nd time we have used Nightingale Homecare for PT services. Our therapist Wendy was so good the first time we requested her for therapy services again. She was professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. The intake staff person was also very timely showing up in our hospital room to make sure therapy would start the next day at home. We appreciate the care Nightingale Homecare provided us.

Did not have a good experience with this place. The front desk area has a couple of not so nice people. I didn't want to continue counseling because I did not care for my counselor. I was told that with my insurance plan, I cannot cancel counseling and see the doctor still. That was a lie seeing as how I'm somewhere else and I see a doctor WITH OUT counseling. The counseling at home nursing was expensive which was another reason I didn't want it but I guess they just saw dollar signs. My doctor rushed with me and it seemed like he didnt really care. The final thing that really ticked me off is the fact I had talked with my counselor to cancel and switch my stuff over to another place and I was charged for my visit. Didn't know that me cancelling going there would cost me $64. Thank you Home Nursing for not caring whatsoever about me and treating me poorly.

Beautiful building and lovely staff.

My mother was in the care of very caring Staff at MSA Manor -- she passed aways 2 years ago, Oct. 31st. When we first learned that there was an opening at MSA Manor, we were a little disappointed! However, it was/is the best caring facility that I know of. I received an email from Connie who's friend's husband is there now and she wrote..."I have a friend whose husband is at MSA and she, too, is very pleased with the staff and care Nice that your mom's last years were so good..............she was so loved" Whenever we are up in Abby and pass MSA Manor I mentally ask God to bless the Staff and ask God to continue giving them a compassionate heart for the elderly. THERE IS A REASON WHY this care home has to advertise VACANCIES; every other care home has long waitlists. Great REGRET having my loved one at Trillium (Bevan Village, Abbotsford). My lovely friend suffered unfathomable neglect; was admitted into Trillium completely continent, and within weeks was fully diapered as staff did not take time to toilet her. Staff would refuse to let us toilet her or move her, yet would not show up when we rang the call button for assistance and put us off when we went to nurses station to request help. Upon our daily visits, we observed how she had been, either herded in front of the nurses station with many others or left alone in her wheelchair in the hallway of her room. No interaction or stimulation. Died with unknown/undisclosed cause. Tragic!

Took wonder care of my father

Our family experienced nothing but the best of care for our Dad. All the residents are clean, dressed and part of a daily rhythm that is positive and consistent. The staff was over the top wonderful and went above and beyond in so many instances. Things were tough for sooo long and they hung in there with us and made every accommodation as my dad’s condition changed. I work with seniors daily and have been to many care facilities that you would not wish on anyone. Mayfair is a beautiful example of a clean, bright, positive environment with staff that goes the extra mile.
