Terrible place, terrible service, management just awful and don't know how to do their jobs even when they they take a break from gossiping

My father left in worse shape then he arrived. If you value the health and mobility of your loved one you'll find another rehab center.

A beautiful place but a real disappointment in the quality of care given. The contract is not what it seems and they are eager to charge for every little thing. It’s a shame the owners are lining their pockets by taking advantage of elderly people. The meals are often cold and their nutritional value is questionable. On average a single meal there is almost the equivalent to the caloric intake of a sedentary person. We are very disappointed to say the least.

The team at Gold Cross Healthcare is one of the best out there and would definitely recommend others to use their services as well as be a part of their team. It is one of the few organizations that really provide client centred care with the most professional staff. The team at Gold Cross has really helped me when I was a student and now as a new graduate as they foster educational growth for staff - which helps maintain best standards of practice in the care of clients. Opportunity to learn is not only open for staff but to the community as well, from offering first aid courses to possibilities for community integration events. Both Joanne and Jackie are extremely approachable, never has it been an issue to bring forth a concern to them and become involved in the care that is being provided. Not only are they personable, they go above and beyond by reaching out to help further my career in the health field. The expertise that they provide is truly inspiring as they do not hesitate to jump in to assist staff providing front-line care. I could not have asked for a better experience with Gold Cross Healthcare.

I'm there for short time but a month and I found a place to apt that'll be homeless

The actually facility is very well kept. However, the Adminastrator fosters an environment of Elder Abuse. Numerous tent ants have complained about feeling afraid of one tenant. This tenant verbally accosted local MP Sam Oosterhoff on June the 7th at Legion Villa. Instead of disciplining the irate and abusoce tenant she posted a letter defending his actions.
