Hotel/Motel

Convenient location just off the 417 Highway, with ample parking, clean and great hospitality. Spent sometime at the restaurant Graffiti's Restaurant, the barman was so helpful and courteous. Attended an event reception. The ball room was beautiful and we'll lit.

Got a good price and when we checked in we got a free upgrade! Room was lovely. Coffee pot was missing filters which sucked. Wanted to order a movie but at 24.99 a pop that wasn't going to happen! Bed was comfy and jacuzzi tub worked great. Will be back to stay again.

Very nice stay. Pool was very small and water was too deep for my 5 year old son. Staff were friendly and rooms were fairly large compare to other all holiday inns. Will return again.

Great owners and staff - very well kept. Great place for short or long term stay overs. Comfortable and quiet. Loved my visit!

The location was amazing everything is so close Timmies shoppers bayshore mall and a ton of restaurants 10 min to downtown and services was great rooms were clean bus stop right in front of the motel

You get more than you pay for. They really do try, and the beds were even more comfortable than some fancy places I've been.

A little dated but very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was the usual cereals coffee juice toast and fruit, which was all we needed to start the day. Location was very good, close to the city centre but not in the heart of it. It was very easy to get where we wanted. My kids went to the pool and enjoyed the hot tub they are 19 and 13, so they didn't bother with the wave pool and slide.

My friend had a fire and lost his house. He is staying there not by choice. It seems ok but kinda shady

It's a good place to stay at and its close to a lot of stores and restaurants and the people who work there are friendly but just a little problem with the internet connection

Very nice and clean. Price is very reasonable also. Only comment is that I would have liked to have bigger pillows.

The Inn was very clean and the personnel was very friendly. The room was well arranged and they provided a mini fridge, television, air conditioning and all the necessary toiletries. I would definitely recommend this location for an overnight stay.

Good value for a decent sized room. Looks sketchy from the outside, but room was clean and comfy.

Didnt stay. Last resort

The Queens is going to reopen in August as a wonderful craft/artisan/antique market!

Check in was very smooth. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. My only complant was there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom from a previous guest.

Cozy hotel. Rooms , lobby and pool were recently renovated. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to busses and restaurants. Only thing missing...a complementary breakfast like most of Best Western hotels we've stayed at in the USA.

Excellent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. Breakfast was ample and fresh. Hotel is extremely clean and comfortable.

Horrible broken glass on bed crackhead in all rooms
