I work here so I am a little biased. Wonderful get away cabins for nightly weekly or longer!

Room was clean. Mattress and pillow adequate. Dated decor. Some "not up to code" electrical work. AC broken. Fair amount of noise from the trains. Parked in the back and couldn't get out that way in the morning (all locked areas) so had to walk in the pouring rain in the muddy alley to get to my car. Didn't get a chance to eat there, but the Korean menu did look good.

Great service great ppl. I grew up in Yorkton remember the supposed Ytown Melville feud????? W.t.hell i love Melville more than Ytown !!!! Never ever have had nothing but an awesome time at the Waverly. Lucky V.L.T. machines too. Great Food!!!!

Don't do it. Should be condemned. Ac pumps air from mouldy abandoned pool area into your room. Breakfast almost inedible and the smell will make you queasy. I repeat STAY AWAY!

New owners are great, treat us like family, very clean place and affordable.

This proved to be very upsetting, advertised as ÷Exploit inn and Suites, even sign on door called it a hostel. I know a hostel when I see one. After I signed in, the clerk led me through a dark storage room where I tripped over some empty pop crates. No offer to help me up, just 2 young ladies standing over me asking me if I was alright? (Skinned knee, elbow, very sore thumb.) I replied no I always lay on the floor holding injured parts. Not a happy camper. I

Its an awesome place to put up your feet an hang your hat at night

I stayed here for 5 days. Very clean, good reception and I love it. The breakfast here is awesome, but you have to get down to the lobby very early to get best of it. Small gym and sizable swimming pool if you like to relax and get sun burns. Its also a good location to view the entire downtown.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are fairly clean and since it’s a motel you can back right up to your room...essential when you have precious cargo! It’s no ritz but the price is fair.
