Hotel/Motel

We had a very nice stay. The staff are friendly and personable. The room was very clean looking and smelling. The beds were so clean and comfortable. All of our plumbing worked. It was very quiet during our stay. Apparently thr whole lodge was booked but I couldn't tell. Breakfast has the normal offerings and everything was nice and fresh. It's is in a cute part of town looks like it might be historic? But pleasent to look at anyhow. The building has 24hr surveillance and there went any questionable people lurking. I felt very comfortable leaving our truck there the parking lot was well lot and the parking lot was right out our window. Tim hortons and shoppers drug mart are just outside the lodge and both open late not to memtiom all the cute shops in the sweet village type setting. what more could you need? I was very happy with our stay and will return again. Thank you to the great people that work.so hard to make everyone's stay a part of our family's memorable moments positive ones!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's in a convenient location. (And a comfy bed...hooray!) The ONLY downside is that we booked a king suite and it did not have a private bedroom, it was actually just one big room.

I would highly recommend Imperial Suites. The staff are courteous and helpful and the suite itself was perfect for my needs. I especially loved having the cleaning staff in once per week. Fantastic experience!

Well there is no handicap rooms and the people that worked were very ingornet ecept for 2 boss man and Loui they treated my husband the best and myself but the kid that works there is very ingornet and dose not know how to work in a place like that i would catch him in my room when i was gone steeling stuff and giving me a vert hard time thinking that just because i live thete that he is boss and would not ever let me wash my clothes and slam doors in my face i guess he dosnt rember what i am im his Queen and you dont ever talk to a Queen like that i would like him fired from that place and not to be able to work there again dose he really forget who is legally sole owner of the place iam and finally got the deed for the place Loui you are the best worker there i would like it if you would stay and work here and yes you can still live there we will talk somemore about this i would like some changes and hope we canyou can work for me and boss man ok Yours truly. You know who lam iam your Queen

Clean, new, spacious. We requested for a crib and that was provided with the room. Would have been 5 star if we weren't next to the elevator (we requested to be further from it as the other guests waiting for the elevator can be quite noisy).

Arrived later evening, on June 11, 2018. Very professional and friendly staff was accommodating and made our stay extra pleasant. Rooms were decorated beautifully and clean. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Residence Inn was clean and spacious. I enjoyed their breakfast selection and their front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Basically an updated Super 8. Good place to stay apart from hearing trains through the night.
