Hotel/Motel

This hotel has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. The rates are excellent and the staff is friendly and hospitable. The free breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, except for the potatoes which were undercooked. Server in the reataurant was friendly and tolerant of my 3 year old. :)

Clean with comfortable beds. Love the blankets. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was good. Quiet. Nice pool. No complaints.

This hotel has everything you could possibly want... Great gym. Choice if two restaurants. Easy to access. Close to the airport and the amazing new outlet mall. I gave no Co. Plants whatsoever!!!

Great rooms, great pool and breakfast. Frustrated that the rewards program is accepted at check in and promises of loyalty voucher at checkout. At checkout I was told fine print disqualifies me from anything else. In an online platform world rewards should couple an medium of booking to promote booking at a chain and especially shouldn’t be promised at checkin. Left a bad taste but great hotel in terms of comfort and amenities.

Clean and price right nice staff

Had a two day workshop. Soup and sandwiches for lunch was good. Cookies for shrinking snack were a little dry and not fresh. Clean bathrooms, clean boardrooms, friendly staff.

The LH has a western atmosphere, Western and Asian food, good drinks, sometimes has entertainment bands, games etc.

Went there to enjoy the Canada Day festivities. Played some free pool, courtesy of the Lacombe Hotel. As well as a potluck dinner. Service was friendly, respectful, and professional. It was easy to find and everyone in the tavern were friendly. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Not to bad nice and cheap

I have had the pleasure, multiple times, staying at this fine motel. The owner and the complete staff are professional, friendly and very efficient. I am sure that I will continue to stay here whenever I am in Edmonton.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff is very friendly and nice. Location is convenient as it is close to shopping, airport etc... 5/5 would recommend!

Great hotel..quiet Staff are wonderful Rooms are clean and well appointed. Every room has a kitchen and utensils. Front desk also has small appliances for loan as well as games for the fsmily Pool and hot tub Free breakfast Pet friendly Shopping close by And airport close Always stay here, once we discovered Townsuites we haven't looked back. Couldn't ask for or find better

Great hotel, garbage breakfast. Over cooked rubber eggs and microwaved meat. There is however a timmies across the street, just not convenient when it’s -30

Yruck drivers stay the night, and can park their trucks. Lots of vlts, a popular night club. The building is old but a landmark

It was decent. Good service all around. Although I find the neighbourhood seems a bit shady. I would go again.

This was awesome for a family stay! The room was very spacious for 6 of us. Very good breakfast also; not your usual lame breakfast that are included.

I live in Camrose and had an early morning flight. Convenient location near the airport. Would come again, as this wasn't my first time.

The location is alright. My coworkers and I were staying there for a couple days on a work trip and splitting a room. Granted, we were aware of the previous ratings but a lot of things were missing from the room. We got no soap bar for hand washing till the second night, no towels when we asked (showering with four people in one room with two towels is ridiculous), and booking issues when prompted for the second day. The kerig isn't maintained as to be expected, but it made gathering hot water a difficult issue. The rooms are relatively tidy upon arrival, so that's the best part. The washroom was still messy upon entering.

Peaceful, feels like home and superb Hospitality. We will be coming back. DonanMary Geiger
