Hotel/Motel

A great motel! Reasonable rates with a great view of the lake. Todd and Holly were fantastic! I strongly recommend to any staying on the north shore.

Very impressed during my two stays in the past two months. This location has just turned one year old and is running smoothly. Yes, you pay top dollar but this property provides value and it is superior to any other hotel I have stayed at in North Bay. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the general manager Crystal. At the front desk Nikki has taken care of me with help from Melissa and others. The location is great while the rooms and facilities and amenities are first rate. My wife and I were there in May for a family reunion and stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was one of the best layouts I’ve experienced in my decades of hotel travel in North America. We did experience a mechanical issue the first night but it was resolved in a way that exceeded expectations. I was back again this past week for a family funeral. Am still extremely touched by the lovely sympathy card that was left under my door. In addition, all the staff were very considerate and took time to chat with me and fill any requests that I had. The level of service I received came surprisingly close to my experiences at Sandals, and that is saying something!

Stayed over the weekend. 5 Families. It was a great experience. Check in was easy. Rooms Clean, Beds Comfortable, Missing Microwave in the Room and Ability to cook in the rooms was great. A/C Working. WIFI worked at our building only. Lounge was missing pool cues. We could not use their BBQ as it was taken away for a "School Function". However they accommodated by allowing us to use our Portable BBQ is the same place and we all appreciated it. We will be staying more at RCC Properties in the future. As to the staff, we had a lot of questions prior to the booking and they answered all our questions so very helpful & accommodating. Kudos to RCC Northbay !

Clean and helpful front desk

I cut my hand on a jagged piece of tile in the pool and it bled pretty profusely, but other than that I had a great time!

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and looked just like the picture on the website. Stayed for one night in the middle of the week and it was quiet. Would definitely recommend !

Awesomely on the beach close enough u can taste the water!

The cottages are muskie and full of black mold smell. If you try to use an air fresher to cover the smell you are accused of smoking in the cottage. All the linen and towels have a bad odor from the musky smell and the pillows are rank smelling and are old. When you set on the couch and chairs you sink all the way to the floor. Only one burner on the stove worked and all the pots and pans were burnt and black. The refrigerator rattled and ran all the time keeping you awake and still didn't keep food cold.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Love this place. Its a old school hotel that has been renovated. Clean friendly. I cant wait to go back .

Clean rooms. Good for long term stays.

I have never actually spent a night here, but know Chris and Doug and they are two of the nicest people I have ever met. I have been to their house multiple times, and it is a lovely place. If I ever come to Orangeville again, I will be happy to stay here.

Better than I expected. Room was clean, location is amazing. Staff at front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. Women who checked us in was great with our kids, gave them some giveaways.

Beautiful victorian building. Reasonable price and privacy.

wouldn't take me without a credit card I am not happy. now I'm stuck what is wrong with people. wouldn't go here if I dying idiotswas

Stayed at this Hotel on our way back from Old Quebec. The room was very spacious bed was comfortable some of the staff were helpful, however on our arrival we were offered a upgrade to the 10th floor facing the park & were told that the changing of the guards parade would pass by at 10 the next morning for a extra charge so we thought sure why not. Got up went for breakfast returned in plenty of time to see the parade from our room and nothing I am sure we paid extra for the room to see the parade but nothing & then the housekeeping staff kept knocking to see when we were leaving so they could clean even though checkout was not till 12 so after the 3rd time of housekeeping asking when we were leaving we left our drinks & pastries and left feel like we were scammed just to pay extra for nothing
