Beautiful spot. ..a bit out of town but we liked that. Our room is cosy with a nice patio for our morning coffee. Mark was a great host. Would stay again.

Best Western Plus, Columbia River, Trail, BC is the best for value, comfort, location, cleanliness and service!

Great value for the money. Clean, quiet, covers the basics for a nice low price.

If your here to ski, who cares about your hotel room. Cheap and very close to the mountain. Not too bad of a breakfast.

Best place to stay in trail

Can not wait until the new work is done to this historic juggernaut that served as a luxury hotel for years in the trail area. Defiantly worth staying here when it is all open for business just off of historic value alone

Excited place great people

Highly recommend this location when staying in the kootneeys... perfectly situatated on downtown Roseland, minutes from amazing golf and world class skiing. Prices are cheap for what you get. Great amenities including a gym, hot tub, suana, and arcade. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, but the food at the restaurant is world class, locals come to eat there daily, I've tried most of the menu and everything I've had has been unreal. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Although not glamorous, the hotel staff were very accommodating and they had a bike wash so that's a huge win!

Clean rooms with seating on the covered porch outside your room. Coffee maker with coffee and tea supplied. Microwave, mini fridge with freezer, cable tv, lots of counter area for luggage and comfortable beds. Watch out for incredible water pressure on the sinks! The walls are a little thin but we slept well. Good value and biker friendly with some covered parking and a wash station. Good food across the street. I guess some rooms had kitchens but we didn’t need one. Lots of covered area with bbq’s and seating. Mike Kelowna BC

Great stay! Had the newly remodelled Safari room -super comfy bed and amazing sheets! New owners, really friendly, great rate, easy location, claw foot tub and fridge/sink/sitting room...what more could you want?

The hotel is located on the main street and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. It's also very comfortable with excellent staff. The suites are really nice if you need to spread out. The staff are excellent.

We stayed there for two nights, the room was very clean and well layed out. The lassie at the front desk (Jamie was her name) gave us great advice of things to do and see around the area, the downtown was a 15 minute walk down a slope, but well worth it as the town has lot of interesting things to do.

Excellent location one block from shops and restaurants. Very accommodating hosts. Beautiful rooms, cozy and clean. Stay here while in gorgeous Nelson!

Awesome stay! Its been 15 years since i visited .. it has had a facelift and my stay was great! Nice rooms with A/C and pleasant staff! Their complimentary hot breakfast was great!

Lovely atmosphere and an outstanding art collection. The owner is a really interesting character

Staffs are nice and room was pretty good too. And they have a best location if you are willing to walk around
