Very nice little hotel in Ladysmith. Newly built so everything right now is in great shape! Nice breakfast, fitness room and a waterslide for the kids!

Page point is a beautiful place to stay at and have group party,, birthday, stag, bachelor!! Great local business!!!

The food was really good. It did take longer than expected, but was worth the wait.

Grungy bar but you can have the best of times here! Mostly a local bar but still worth a shot to have a drink and try the food! The chef is Greek so try something along those lines and you won't be disappointed!!

Fantastic water views .. cozy 1 and 2 bedroom cabins .. a short drive to Ladysmith water park and lots of shopping . Historic Chemainus a short drive south. We enjoyed our stay immensely .

Good location downtown. Close to water, nice stroll. Playground and other amenities nearby. Commercial St has lots of good eats and bakeries. Gym is a little lack luster as they moved it from the lobby to in the basement where it's a little stifled for air flow.

Everything was fantastic, from the comfortable rooms, to the knowledgeable staff, that helped us plan our one day in Nanaimo, and even the breakfast that got us ready to go to the ferry.

My girlfriend and I experienced a wonderful ambient,a very good staff,and the chef.......,I honestly dont know where the restaurant found him! The food was like finding gold! We've gone back to Italy through experiencing their food! We both really know our good food and appreciate it! By Hannah &Andreas (pinky and thumby) the food critics

Delicious breakfast, immaculate rooms.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. The first time was good, this time it was perfect. The parking lot was spacious. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The room was fantastic. I had a queen room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well appointed. Check out was a breeze. I reccomend staying here.

The view and the hospitality are 2cnd to none!

Great hotel located right next to the lake. There are balconies in each hotel room so you can see the lake view.

It was okay,maid forgot to put towels,soap, coffee and whitener in room every night.Had to ask for iron board,but I guess it was good, Happy services

Great front staff and kid friendly. No pool but an ocean within a few miles. Liked the breakfast and surrounding amenities. Will definitely stay here again and refer to friends and business associates.

Rooms where spacious. Location was gorgeous. Staff was somewhat helpful.

My family and I had booked two rooms at the Best Western in Duncan, BC Canada for Friday, May 18th 2018. We made this booking at the end of March 2018 and had paid a deposit. We were told mid April that Best Western Duncan could no longer provide us with a room due to renovations. We were not given an alternative option nor did Best Western try to house us into another hotel. We have also not been given our deposit back. We had contacted Best Western customer service many times and nothing has been done nor have they returned any of our calls. We had booked this hotel to attend a close wedding and because of the cancellation we had such a stressful experience.

The most beautiful Hotel Suite I have ever stayed in. Luxury throughout and the balcony is fabulous ! Who knew luxury like this could be so reasonable too...if you need 2 rooms these suites are a great deal compared to 2 standard rooms at other hotels ! I don't want to leave :)

Excellent decision to stay at this location. Definitely recommended
