Hotel/Motel

Great looking room, bed needed brakes as it kept sliding on the floor

Great no frills place to stay with the family. Staff is friendly, restaurant has HUGE portions. Rec centre with pool right across the road. I always sleep well here.

Large rooms and very well priced. Location was great and they have clean rooms.

Rooms were small, but staff was awesome, very accomadating, inexpensive, continental breakfast was great, would stay there again.

I have 30 + experience in hospitality and ba background in carpentry/woodworking So many unique and tasteful combinations of materials...Style The beds ares like giant hug pillows you never want to leave...A definite Gem in the works... The staff Fun friendly and ISLAND.... they give you such a sense of ease....

Nice place. Food was very good. A little pricey.

Great rates and great beds ! Super nice owners and a great quality room at a great price.

Very good value. Rooms are clean and cheap. We had the cheapest room, but still had a fridge coffee maker and a couple of chairs on the veranda. Only a short walk into the centre of Colwichan Bay. Free parking on site.

If you are on a budget, then this place is hard to beat. Aircon, bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed and futon, kitchenette with microwave, cooker and fridge-freezer. I didn't really need all that, and it wasn't included in the description, so I may have got one of those no-other-rooms-left upgrades. Anyway, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and for me the location was great. It's not a palace, and although the room was clean and tidy it didn't have the freshest smell I've ever smelt, but for value, it has to be given 5 stars.

Hotel is dated, but is well looked after and clean. The homemade food is excellent.

Not dis-liked. It's actually a residential neighborhood , Named Castelgar Motel. A long-term rentals. Cabins and 5th wheel campers, ect. Sorry. No Vacancy's presently. As of March, 2018. Great landlords !! Love it here.

We had dinner at the black rooster. It was fantastic! Great atmosphere, really good food.

The hotel room was very clean and beds were confortable. Breakfast was simple but good with a selection of bread, bagels, muffins, yogurts, jams and even a waffle maker.

Had an amazing time! Hospitality was warm and welcoming. The room and bathroom had a high end feel and was very clean. Scenery was breathtaking! I will definitely be returning.
