I have had the worst time trying to deal with this company. From rude agents to an inability to get through the red tape. They have no problem taking my money then are missing in action when the claims are made. Not a way to run business.

Today I was speaking with a man named Jovan and his manager named Luisa refused to take my call but would direct him to relay information to me regarding my policy. Terrible customer service!!!!! Dont use them as your insurance brokers!!!!

Absolutely beside myself with the terrible service we received. Dealt with Voula and waited WEEKS for a auto and home insurance quote that we never did get. It was delay after delay, always needing more information (wondering why she could not collect all the information she needed upfront). Sometimes we would not get a call back when Voula would say she would call. We adventually gave up and got a quote from another insurance company. The other company gave me the auto insurance quote right away, it only took 10 minutes on the phone. I could not believe it was so fast and wondered why Voula could not do this. Then the same company said they could have the home insurance done and ready to sign in two days. Once again totally shocked and wondering why Voula could not do this. If this is how bad service is trying to get a quote (I'm confused, don't they want business?) image how bad it is after they have made the sale and you are a client. My advice based on my experience is save yourself headache and time...go somewhere else!

Operates much more efficiently as compared with other companies in Canada. Has some very knowledgeable and capable senior leaders and employees. Great culture. Makes everyone feel welcome, very empathetic towards everyone. Overall very positive minded people but hings can be a bit slow and laid-back.

The service at this office was really great! The office associate made sure I understood each item on my auto insurance policy. She spent the necessary time with me to ensure she could give me the best quote. The welcome letter we received in the mail shortly after we signed on from Kelly, broker/owner, was a very nice touch too!
