Incredible jewellers who offer bespoke jewellery and excellent personal service. Highly recommended.

I got my stud earrings from Pascoes 6 months ago, and the butterfly push broke while I was wearing it. I came to their shop in New Market asking for a warranty and they told me it broke because I slept with my stud earrings on. What did I do during my sleep to break the butterfly push? They should state in their description that "you can not wear our product while you are sleeping". Furthermore, they said that I should have purchased my earrings in person rather than online (therefore, what is the point of selling your things online, Pascoes?). I wasted my time solving the problem with their staff, and the only way they could offer me was trying to sell me a new "made in New Zealand" butterfly that cost 22$. I learned my lesson; there is no warranty on Pascoes products (mainly jewellery). I love some of your jewellery styles, but not the low qualities of your customer service. I would never buy any things from Pascoes from now on. Thank you for the lesson today.

Star rating purely based on customer service. The girl who served me clearly had no clue how to sell anything and seemed like she was high or something. Very disinterested and lacked manners. Please train your staff better Pascoes.

Have been going to Michaels jewellers for over 20 years, their work is impeccable and reasonably priced!! Would't go anywhere else, and recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery, repairs or custom pieces.
