Andrei was amazing and was super helpful throughout the entire process. He took extra time to meet with me and designed the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! He even took into consideration my fiancé's hobbies, interests, and personality to customize the perfect ring. He was very informative and answered every question I had. My fiancé and I are really excited to work with Andrei again when its time to design our wedding rings!

Best custom jeweler in the city with some of the nicest bands I've ever seen.

called like 6 places in the area concerning silver maple leaf coins and the first 5 were unhelpful and the call to this business took 35 seconds to get the info I needed. Although this review is based off a phone call, I had to give it 5 stars after that call because the 5 previous calls all took more time for no information, called here and the guy answered my question without batting an eyelid, made me happy after the runaround I'd been getting on a simple question.

Staff is amazing and helpful 100% of the time. Prices are average but the sales can be great. Probably my favorite place to shop for gem related items in victoria, I tend to stop in once a week or so for little rocks and beads :)
