Friendly service a little pricey sometimes

I would give this store a A+ HANDS DOWN!! I needed a gift for my other half for Christmas (last minute shopping), Pam the sales representative asked me questions about her as in likes and dislikes than boom! Pam picked out the perfect blue necklace! THANK-YOU! ps. she loves it, made me look like a hero!

Got 3 bands there. Picked 2 up at the time of purchase, and 1 was made to order and picked up when ready. Great pricing and decent selection. The staff were very helpful.

Speak to Margie, she will make your day. Incredibly helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain if you don’t understand. Margie saved the day after my girlfriend and I had a horrible experience at Peoples Jewellers.

Very very busy with last minute Christmas shoppers, but loads of staff that didn't rush you. The lady I dealt with was fun and calm, providing a quality experience, albeit the wait was inconvenient.

Genson and Wendy were great to deal with when purchasing my fiancées engagement ring. They worked with me on price, helped me pick out a beautiful ring from an exclusive collection (only a few locations carry it and this one is one of them) and set me up with a care plan all within my budget. I bought the ring well in advance of the proposal and every time I walked by the store, whether I went in or not, I was greeted by name and asked "so, did you do it yet?" Their care and attention to detail in my experience was fantastic. The diamonds are ethica, product is very nice and lifetime warranty means they stand behind their product. Thanks! We'll definitely be in soon to purchase the wedding rings!

I wish i could give zero stars for the rude customer Service....Management have to polish their staffs behavior before they polish the overpriced jewelry.Worst experience ever.
