Very helpful and educational staff. Amazing prices. Free, pay-as-you-can layaway. Customizable jewelry; seriously, bring in a picture and they can make you a customized pendant or ring. Watches galore. Overall, they are absolutely amazing. Please don't waste your money or time on chain jewelers, and go see them. You will definitely feel the genuine care and attention to detail that they provide.

I totally agree with the previous post. I wish I had seen this before. I had my daughters ears pierced here and one of them will have to be redone. They pierced one very crooked.

The owner sam is so nice!!!! They give you more than you could expect at a pawn shop!!!! Definetly recommend this place to anyone getting rid of jewlery or buying!!! They have nice jewelry for great prices!!! Will come back again!!

We got our baby's ear pierced today and laya was simply amazing. She was so thorough in explaining the procedures and all necessary care instructions. She was super quick with the piercing and overall really helpful! Thanks for a great experience!

Here I am long time zales customer. I have got all my jewelry here since I met my husband 6 years ago and prior to that as well but have been faithful to them the last 6 years. I have always had a good experience in the store. Recently there has been some representative changes in the store and it is really declining. I sent my sister and her fiance in to the store with high hopes of the good service I have always received. Going in for a simple engagement ring they picked one out after he proposed they took it back to be resized. That is where the down hill slide started. The female rep was very rude to my sister and passed her off on a nother guy when she realized it wasn't a sale. Weeks later they get the call the ring was back. They pick it up and then in the car she starts studying. This ring was not hers at all. It was a very cheap version of her ring. The next day they went back and they apologized told her they could try to find her ring if she wanted. Duh!!!! So couple days went by nothing...they didn't find it. So they sent in another one at that point out of the counter. They told her a ruff estimate. After calls of the week to check up on the ring it's finally here. They go up there to find the ring that they were engraving free for the inconvenience was all wrong!!!!!!!!! At this point save the dates have to be done so she is keeping the ring for pics then will send it back. At this point we are afraid of she takes it back will it even be back for the wedding!?!? They also were going to buy the band and a pair of wedding earrings for her big day and this is most likely not going to happen there. Outrageous!!!!!!!! Customer contact needs to be better and better in store customer service as well.

I personally like Claire’s they are a little pricey but have great hair accessories I got my ears Peirced here and they did fine the sterling ratings at pricey but worth it so I would say this place is good

I love this store they are very knowledgeable of the products and always work hard to get me what I need. I feel so comfortable and certain that I will leave happy. They have such wonderful customer service and awareness

I KNOW THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU READ IT AND HEED MY WARNING. I can't believe it Zales is ruining the engagement process for me and my soon to be wife. I have bought two rings from Zales in the past month. Only one was from this store and one was online. When I came to return the online purchase (it really didn't look like the ring they had online when we saw it in person) they told me I had to have enough money to buy the replacement ring in my bank account as it takes 48 hours to put the money back on my card. I didn't have it. I told them is there any way that they can return the ring for cash towards the new purchase they called the manager and got the go ahead to return it as " no receipt" they didn't ask me if that's what I wanted to do. Now I have my new ring for my love of my life and I have the ring for 2 hours, she reads a review about ring and it states the diamonds keep falling out. We look at the ring and sure enough there is already one missing . Now I have a strong suspicion I'm not going to get my money back. I'll change the review if I do. But I do not recommend Zales what so ever. Please if you love her go somewhere else because this process has been so stressful for my soon to be wife. Im just mad, but they made her cry already. I just wanted her to have exactly what she wants and this is already a nightmare.

I was so so so excited to take my 11 year old daughter here to find some cute head bands, earrings, and trinkets. I got my ears pierced at this location when I was young and had great memories as a teen visiting with my girl friends. This day we decided to shop here was like night and day. First off we walked in and got no greeting, which is not a major thing , courtesy just goes a long way imo. Then the younger cashier proceeds to ask "Do you need help looking around"...😕 well that was a weird encounter. Then a couple walks in and the older lady proceeds to let them know they have a buy 2 get one free special. Oh okay glad we over heard that. Then she starts following us around, like we could have literally been together she was so close. I felt a bad vibe from her and the atmosphere abrubtly changed , because we were obviously NOT welcome there, I have been racially profiled many times , but this was by far the worst. When I let the older lady know I felt unwanted she put on a creepy glare and said"Oh why is that? I am sorry you feel that way, which was so fake. Sorry for the long rant, but because of this we left and I had to have a talk with my daughter as to why me and daddy will not spend our hard earned money in a place where we are not treated equally as other shoppers. I am disgusted at the fact that people who are so simple minded work in a position where people who are from different races and backgrounds will be treated differently and less than, I for this reason will not step a foot back into this location. Training is needed a this location very badly!

I never buy jewelry anywhere but Zales and this store is the best!!! All the Zales stores offer great service but here they go above and beyond to do everything they can to assist the customer. I can’t say enough about the employees. They are truly professional while also being friendly and very knowledgeable.

Kinda small but I spent like..45 minutes there, it is SO cute!! Clothes and cute trinkets and knick knacks. And the girls working there are so sweet! I'm not from the area but when I come back, this is a store I'll definitely stop by. :)
