We adore Grayson Allen Fine Jewelers, and have been working with them for over 15 years. My beautiful platinum wedding band and round diamond were recommended (to my husband) by Keary and Patty Turner; who have always provided excellent service and no pressure. Their new location is gorgeous!

Went here to buy a dress the other evening while I was in town. The sales associates were so very friendly and helpful! Kudos to them.
Best experience out of all the Anthropologie stores! Looking forward to shopping here again in the near future.

They were very helpful with my custom order. My ring was done quickly, and it is beautiful! They asked multiple questions so that it turned out exactly how I wanted.

Bought several rings for my GF at this store with no problems, but she bought a $300 necklace for me and they refuse to take it back. Kept offering exchange but since I rarely wear jewelry she didn’t see anything else. Now we’re out $300 because business doesn’t care about customers.

Amazing customer service! The owner and the jeweler are both so nice and professional. I had an antique ring resized and re-tipped by the jeweler there and he did such a beautiful job! They have gorgeous and unique pieces there that are all designed and handmade by the jeweler in-house. If you’re looking for unique top quality jewelry and top quality service, this is the place! We will definitely shop here in the near future! :)

Love the ring. But over paid. Good customer service. But felt dirty, having the ring appraised by a third party. Was informed it is worth slightly less than what I paid. Which would have been fine, if the sales team did not imply that it was much more than what they are selling it to me for. Do not let them BS you. They are saleswomen. Great customer service and good at their jobs. No deals here. You get what you pay for.
