Gary is awful and aggressive. I didn’t want to know the price of my ring and he kept pressuring my soon to be fiancé to tell me and was yelling at me to let him tell me. No Gary. Let me live my own life please.

Danny and Luz were very helpful. I went into their store intending to shop around for a ring, and expecting it to be the start of a process searching for the right ring. I didn't expect them to have nearly the exact ring that I would be seeking for my soon-to-be fiance'! Exciting times ahead thanks to their kind assistance and information. Also, if you are a member of the military or former member of the military, this should be the place for you. The offer a fair discount, and really honor your service. In fact the banners hanging on their entryway denote that right from the get-go.

Great service, very helpful, kind, and patient. It did take a long time for them to ship my ring, but they made up for it in customer service.

The employees here never greet me or ask me if I'm finding everything alright. The last time I walked in, not a single employee was managing the front even though I had been there for a good half an hour. The last time I bought earrings here they broke within the first day of me coming home. Definitely, not my favorite place to shop.

We've enjoyed amazing personal service regularly, especially from Heather, Nancy, and the manager, Brian. We actually call ahead to make sure Heather or Nancy is in when we're considering dropping by. I trusted them to treat my mother like a queen when we bought her a gift that needed sizing. She hasn't had much experience dealing with jewlers and was a little intimidated, but I gave her these names, knowing they'd treat her right and answer her questions so she felt listened to and not talked down to. We were not let down. Even my shy oldest daughter loves dropping by to look at things here when these saleswomen are available! Brian is great stepping in to help without poaching off his employees. We trust him the same. We've been able to get great deals on colored stones that our teen/near-teen daughters enjoy. They enjoy lovely "real" jewelry (as opposed to the stuff from department stores or mall discount jewelry shops for kids)-- smokey quartz, amethyst, lab created emerald, aquamarine, green amethyst, etc. all without breaking the bank. They get to learn how to care for quality jewelry and with the warranties it's not a heart- breaker if a piece gets a little beaten up or if it loses a stone. Also, as they grow up they can have pieces resized as needed. My husband loves a good deal, enjoys spoiling our girls and me, and appreciates quality and artistry. Schubachs has been a perfect fit for us with the best personalized care and service we could hope for.

Julinne pierced my baby's ears (5 months old). She was careful, precise, gentle, knowledgeable, and CLEAN. They have multiple choices of earrings that are specifically sized for an infant ear with smaller posts and studs. I paid $49.99 for 14k Yellow Gold earrings in the infant size. Very happy. I feel like I got lucky that Julinne was working and would recommend her specifically.

Got my marriage and engagement rings soldered and reinforced here. We didn't trust the place where we originally got my rings. Forge customized my husband's ring as well, which has held up beautifully and was just how he wanted it. The price was very reasonable and they do FAST work! Brought my ring in late afternoon to be soldered and it was ready the very next day when I was told to expect it by the end of the week. We've had only great experiences here.

I have never seen more cunningly crafted insects done in silver. The bees look like they are about to fly right off of the box I bought.The inlays are superb and impossible to see the joints between them. Apparently the family travels around the country looking for the best stones and work from the best Native American artists. Along with its great selection of work from all around the country the, in house artists ability and willingness to work with you to create what you want, and even to come up with something for you that is above and beyond what you thought you wanted is amazing. I am very happy with my first purchase and will continue to come back to them for my future Native American Jewelry needs. Great job guys you certainly made my girlfriend happy. Thanks
