Every woman must hate Gor Vartanyan for what he did in Armenia to women. He hit them. You must be one low quality man!!! Unbelievable... If anybody takes their kid to learn karate there Gor will teach them how to hit women nothing more.

I signed my 6 yr old for lessons today. I hv a feeling this is a start to a beautiful thing. The staff are more than awesome.and sensei has a lot of knowledge to offer . We are super excited!

I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of trying a few classes at AKI Los Angeles. I started with the 5 class intro package and have been going regularly for almost a year now. I can’t speak highly enough of Lia Suzuki Sensei and the community she has nurtured and developed. They are a very supportive and welcoming group of people and you will find that “they” will become “us” very quickly. I came looking for exercise I wouldn’t get bored of and self defense skills, and while I still get plenty of training in those areas, the reasons I come to Aikido have expanded. I now find aikido training helps with emotional strength, mental clarity, spiritual growth, confidence, and even communication (or as we call it, verbal aikido). I trained in Aikido while I was in high school and have always wanted to get back into it. I took a few classes at different dojos in different cities over the years, but nothing stuck. I was never drawn in the way I was in high school. After moving to Los Angeles, I decided to give it one last try. AKI was located conveniently close to my house in Silverlake, so that’s where I went. Some dojos are very intimidating, but AKI is not like that. I felt immediately welcomed and have always felt comfortable to make mistakes which is very important in your aikido training!

Joao Assis is one of the best jiu jitsu instructors you will ever meet. What's even better is the atmosphere he has created at his academy. Training is always fun and you're surrounded by good people!

Master Moore is amazing with all the kiddos. Very professional. Fun place to learn Koren tae kwon doe. Great discipline! Ms.Leslie is amazingly great with all. If your whole family wants to work out and have a great time this is the place. Thanks The Thomas Family 😀

I have been so happy with my treatment at Sohma. I started with appointments when needed and now I am doing a more intensive treatment plan. The office works with my schedule, is always friendly (Aila keeps that place running on point) and the doctor takes time to listen and make suggestions. I have definitely felt a difference. I have referred several people and they have all been happy as well. I especially appreciated the attention and time that my son received when he was going through cancer treatment. Sohma was an intergral part of his recovery. Thank you SOHMA team.

One of the best muay thai gyms I've ever been too.

I order a white oak bokken and a double weave judo gi costing me 160 dollars. I never recieved the items i had order and instead got a set of black dress robes i dont even need. Ive called the number more than 10-15 times with no answer. Ive e-mailed them countless times, no response. All in all a waste of money. They obviously dont want customers with the way their business is structured.
