Working with Leon and the team was great. Very professional, very quick, kept me up to date every step of the way, answered all my questions and got me a great private rate.

How can an HSBC Bank be in the middle of Bloor Street and Yorkville Area where there are potentially many clients with substantial funds, and yet be a branch where personal bankers do not know to how to provide thorough customer service? I'm so disappointed with this branch and hoping that this is not a systemic problem across all of HSBC branches.

The Morgix team goes above and beyond for their clients. Working within the industry for years, I can safely say they are one of the most creative financing outlets available. They're constantly looking for ways to save their clients money, and don't rest until every option is exhausted. They're a joy to work with and I highly recommend talking to them if your bank turns you away- seriously.

As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for better mentors than Chris and Sandra. Chris took his time explaining every detail of the mortgage process and Sandra was easily accessible and professional. I would definitely recommend Tridac to anyone who is looking to pursue a mortgage.

VERY upset, let down and discouraged ! Horribly let down and feeling like the customers dont matter. called 3 TIMES today , said in my first and i believe second message that it was a bit of an EMERGENCY !!!! And still NOTHING !!!!!! My wife and I had recently been through a stretch of very difficult years. Our restaurant business had failed in 2014 forcing us into personal bankruptcy and we had moved and switched jobs several times before landing in Windsor. Both of us worked hard and saved as much as we could, but it seemed like it was never going to be enough and that the dream of owning our own home was always going to be out of reach. No matter how much money we had in savings, our credit history was poor after the bankruptcy and the big banks dismissed us outright. That all changed when I contacted Family Lending and was put in touch with Dave Myers. Dave was very understanding, completely non-judgemental, thoroughly knowledge and always available. It is truly a rare thing these days to find someone who understands that “no matter what business you think you are in, you are in the customer service business.” Dave answers his emails promptly at what seems like any time of the day or night. On several occasions I wrote to Dave late in the evening or on a Sunday morning not expecting a reply until the next business day and was genuinely surprised to receive an answer within the hour! The loan that we were looking for was very small in comparison to what most people might spend on a house, but that didn't make any impact on how we were treated. Dave put in the work, found the right lender for us and through his knowledge and connections we were not only approved for our first mortgage but we had the papers signed and a deal on our first home closed within a few short weeks. To anyone reading this and considering retaining Mr. Myers' services I can say without hesitation that you will not be disappointed. To Dave personally, my wife and I need to say a genuine and heartfelt thank you. On December 1st we will move into our new home and it will be the end of a long and difficult chapter in our lives. It will be a dream come true that we had all but given up on just a couple of years ago. The fulfillment of that dream is in no small part due to your expert help, excellent advice and genuine understanding of your business and our situation.
