Try to book an appointment with FYI Doctors on line an via phone no repky back. Missing Dr. Nagaraj Westmorland eye clinic. His staff always returned a call. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The first thing I have to say is WOW. Your technician group in the automotive section is so disrespectful and so rude. Just because someone is not listening to what they're saying right then in there, doesn't mean that no one's going to find out what they said and how they said it. I may not be the customer that had this horrible awful heinous experience but I am sure one to speak my mind when it comes to situations in the customer service industry. I worked in customer service for several years and know how to treat a customer face to face and behind their back. And from what I found out from said customer, and its just so disgusting and you guys should literally get a whole new group of technicians, if your employees do not know how to speak right to the customer or away from them. I know key factors and key points that were said during the altercation inside and beside the vehicle as it was supposed to be getting fixed. If you think I'm lying contact me and I'll give you a full statement of what I found out. And I will show you that what I'm saying is the truth and nothing but. There will be a letter going to corporate within the next 24 hours, either via email or by mail. By the way most likely via email.

I had my first visit at Doctor Timberlake’s today, and she was Very Nice !! Down to earth, very warming and welcoming. Her assistant Gary is nice as well. Highly recommended !!

Love the excellent help I had from Eve who was sweet and very patient with me in picking out frames . Was in 2 times and she went the extra mile and let bring the glasses home to get others opinions.Eve never rushed me although it was closing which I didn’t realize. She went the extra mile in helping me find the best to fit my face and gave me lots of options. The selection is great! I went back to have adjustments and Taylor did a great job in taking care of me and getting help from Eve .

I had an amazing experience at American Eyecare!! Janice Filson was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. She helped me find the perfect set of regular glasses & a great pair of sunglasses. I loved how my two pair of glasses turned out, and Janice was very patient when it came to fitting them! I will be switching my complete care to the Fairfield location!

Extremely good customer service! I went to Hakim Optical to get my temple bent back to normal. I was asked if I bought my frames there and how long ago. He didn’t look at my glasses but told me that there’s a very good change that if he tried to bend the arm that the glasses would break. I went to Walmart Optical showed the man my glasses. He looked at them said that the frames look sturdy and offered to fix them. Left the store with fixed glasses and a huge sense of relief.

Best customer service! I received a proper recommendation on what contact lenses are best for my life style and perscription. I have worn contact lenses for year but with the contacts they recommended I have not seen this clear in years. It actually took my brain a few minutes to adjust to seeing the way you are suppose to. I feel so confident that these experts know what to recommend and why and fully educate you on how to keep your eyes healthy. I have become a life long customer!

I have bought glasses for my daughters and for myself. Hakim has the best selection I have seen in the city and the very BEST staff! They went above and beyond to recommend me to an optometrist and even made the appointment for me. They are so kind and I always leave very happy with their service. I will be returning!
