I've gone to a better place; Yankee Eye Clinic. I wanted to try a new clinic close to where I lived. I have the worse experienced ever!!! I waited for more than 30 minutes to see the doctor. I was thankful for the tech Pa, who check up on me constantly and offered me coffee and waters. Offering me some magazines. I was diagnosed with dry eyes afterwards, and was told to use drops or else over the time my eyes will get worse. The doctor didn't hear my side of the story and just walk out. Leaving his tech Pa to explained to me more about the condition. I am not returning and I hope the tech could find a better place like the Yankee Eye Clinic. She's better off than staying there. I am returning back to my clinic.

20 years. Seems like a long time, right? I have happily purchased all my glasses from Moss Optical for 20 years. Okay, I did try another place once and the experience was nothing like Moss Optical. Recently, my prescription has become pretty darn complicated. I ordered new glasses and of course the glasses were ordered with the newest lenses. Weirdly, I just couldn't see that well with the new glasses. The team at Moss tried many adjustments, we doubled checked the prescription with Dr. Diamond, all to no avail. My world was still blurry, although my old frame and lenses were still excellent. Kevin talked with the lens vendor and decided the most current lens may not be the best match for my complicated prescription. Back to the 'older' lens type and my new glasses were PERFECT. I sincerely doubt any other team would research this as thoroughly or been willing to remake my lenses (more than once!) to get me to perfect vision. Bonus recommendation: Order the bespoke Tom Davies frames to have gorgeous glasses that you won't see anywhere else.
