I and my family have been a customer of Mark and crew for over 20 years now. Have always treated me great and I would never go elsewhere. You want good old family treatment instead of the box store, this is the place to go.

Arora Optical
3161 Strandherd Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K2J 5N1, Canada
We had an easy and wonderful experience. Kids broke my husbands glasses and Arora Optical tried to help me replace the broken arm. When that failed , due to time constraints, my husband was able to go in and get a whole new pair of glasses/lenses, same day. They are even trying to order a replacement arm for the broken pair so my hubby has a back up pair. Thank you!!!

Staff is friendly but glasses are terrible. I was assured that my glasses would be anti-glare, however they have a distinct green filter and massive glare. It was so annoying I couldn't wear them and I returned the glasses. The owner claimed he sent them to the lab and they changed the lenses. However I saw no difference, still massive glare. The glasses were on sale, I guess you get what you pay for! I went back to the store for the 3rd time and asked staff to remove the lenses from the frame and will have the lenses replaced by Hakim Optical.

Costco Wholesale

Good place to pick up items in bulk, often have convienient random items for good prices. I go to this location frequently for many food related items. I recommend if you go do so during slow hours as posted by Google. It can be extremely chaotic during busy hours.

I am extremely grateful that I found Dr. Rachel Bell 2 years ago. Her knowledge is quite impressive and her thoroughness during each appointment is astounding. Truly, her caring for you as a client goes well beyond a standard doctor-patient exchange; she displays the perfect balance of compassion and professionalism. Dr. Bell is in it to help you manage/solve your ailment(s).
Additionally, the location is lovely! Beautiful farm house; just the drive out there will relax you.
I cannot recommend Dr. Bell enough; I urge you to book an appointment.
