Optometrist

saw dr gordon lam years ago. was a good experience

I have worn glasses most of my life. Been to several eye care facilities throughout the province. A few years ago I was highly recommended to see Dr. Coe and the amazing staff at Crystal Vision. Best advice I ever had for my eye care needs! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpfully, and most important Caring. The infrequent stops to take care of minor glass issues have always been delt with immediately. I am so gratefully to have such an awesome eye care team. Thank you Dr. Coe and the great team that Crystal Vision gives to our Maple Ridge community

Amazing place and everyone is so nice and accommodating . Been coming here for 5 years !!

I lost a nose pad and they replaced it for free, and the one to match. And I bought the glasses somewhere else! Great service.

Like most people my experience here was terrible. Waiting 3 weeks for my glasses. No apology. Awful customer service. I'll never go back.

Excellent customer service and a great selection of eye wear!

The office staff and Dr Rowe at Vernon Optometry were very courteous and professional. All my questions were answered and my needs were met when I went for my eye exam. Jill Gerhardt

Dr Mark was careful and thorough and friendly. Staff was excellent. Sales-people for glasses were helpful and not pushy. I will be back!
