Ask for Katherine! She fixed the broken arm of my glasses at no charge! Thought I needed to order new frames, but she repaired them the same day! Some "sassy guy" who works there when I originally went in said "can't do it" maybe buy new ones???? I went in there to get my prescribtion (got my eye test there) to go to LensCrafters to get a pair the sameday. Katherine said let me work on it and by the end of the day they were fixed. Well done, will be back for new regular & sunglasses next year.

First time using this place after years of looking at them. All staff were friendly, helpful if I needed and were very kind and seemingly efficient. I saw the optician who was also very kind (male) quick but thorough during the eye exam. No problems with prescription on my finished lenses which all 3 took less than 1 week to come in to me. 1 prescription sunglasses, 2 prescription pairs cost me a total of 380, including the eye exam, including a 50$ off coupon from their website. This included my glasses with no special coatings -- and when I went to pick up my glasses you get for free a case for each pair of glasses, a cleaning cloth and a bottle of their cleaning spray. I’ve been purchasing prescription glasses for my family and myself for many years at the big franchise optical stores but this time we purchase from Solaris Optical and whole experience has been exceptional. From the beginning Chris (owner) welcome us and gave his undivided attention to answer questions and provide advise for the glasses needed for my 3 kids, yesterday we picked them up and the quality and workmanship is outstanding. My wife is going next week and surely I will be there when it’s my turn to change my prescription. The service provided, the quality and the prices are exceptional; beleave me I’ve been using glasses for more than 30 years and I’ve tried several places and Solaris Optical has won me and my family as a long customer. We already started sharing our excellent experience with neighbors and relatives.

Dr.Jost was friendly, and competent during our interaction. Unfortunately the assessment and his style of care was hurried/rushed. Left me doubtful, wondering if I got the right prescription.

These guys know what customer service means. I have taken my glasses which I had bought from another place twice and they fixed it both times for FREE. The way they talk to you shows how much they care and value you as a customer.
