Optometrist

A thorough eye examination completed on time with a pleasing degree of personal attention and sound advice

I went to Cowichan Eyecare with my two daughters and was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. All three of us had a great visit, my girls were all smiles the whole time - we'll be back!

Good service...very helpful and understand my demand fro my new prescription eyeglases

Also thanks Dr. Craig Reavley major improvement with the prescription update. See you all again! Thanks

Friendly, professional staff and great rates. Would recommend them to friends and family

This is the first time that I have had such a thorough eye exam. I was very surprised at the depths they go with the testing to make sure they obtain as much information about your eyes and their health...I learned so many things about my eyes and happy to report they are healthy :) Such amazing staff right from the start to the finish. ..Thank you for caring!!

I've wore glasses my whole life, and the best prescription ever came from here!

A warm, friendly office with a staff that is as personable as they are knowledgeable.

Luv my glasses and what a amazing deal for 3 pair.

Friendly, clean, open concept. Lilly took great care of me, she knows how to treat people right. Darcy took his time and was frank and honest. Personable too. Def will go back. (And no problem getting the prescription - didnt even have to ask)

Kari the owner was amazing. She took her time with me and explained everything she was doing while she was doing it. It's so nice to deal with someone knowledgable and friendly, and not get rushed through the process.

I realize Covid 19 has caused difficulties in doing business . I was told I was due for an exam and then after exam I was told my plan wouldn’t cover it.Regardless I ordered a pair of glasses.Thru this the staff were very friendly.I went in to get an adjustment it seemed that the friendliness stops after receiving the customers money.Went in again today for another adjustment most of the staff ignored me and after an adjustment was made my ears are sore. Not sure what to do.In our business customer satisfaction is crucial.

Very happy with service and glasses

Very helpful and prompt service. Great service

Professional, personable and courteous. They were able to accommodate my preferred appointment time and followed up with a confirmation email as well as a reminder phone call the morning of the appointment.
