Optometrist

I drive in from Red deer for the services. Russ Reisner is the best optometrist that I have ever used and he's great with the kids.

Wow these guys are the real deal. Scratched one of my lense pretty bad in the morning and called a few places to get a quote. Every place I called said I had to replace both my lenses quoting me $200-$300 not to mentions having to wait weeks for them to come in. From the time I talked to Michael to the time I had my new lense, it was under 15 min flat. All for $64 with anti reflective and anti scratch. Thanks Michael!

Staff was super helpful. Definitely going back next time I need glasses

Nice outlet with variety of glasses at better price

I got a new pair of prescription sunglasses from my regular optometrist a couple months ago, and noticed a day or two after picking them up that they were very obviously crooked. Brought them into Lenscrafters at Deerfoot City and had them adjusted perfectly, in a matter of minutes for no cost. I think I will return to this location next time I am in the market for some new frames, and will highly recommend this location to others.

Nice place great staff very knowledgeable, Pat was exellent with helping me pick out the right pair that fit my facial features, I learned alot by going here! My optometrist was also amazing and very thoughtful (forgot her name)

The representative lied to me when they told me my glasses would take 2 weeks. The actual lead time was 22 days. You should never do business with someone you cannot trust.

Optometrists are friendly and helpful here. Service is great so far

They were so kind and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in for a quick check for an eye infection. Service was prompt. Optometrist was excellent.

Iris Store Market Mall - Always poor service. Unfriendly staff. Don't let the fancy store fool you. Never again!

I was a potential client for LensCrafters but they did not carry the product I needed to suit my needs. It was appalling to see the poor service from the management as soon as they found out my business would be taken elsewhere. I would not recommend this service to anyone. However I will say that the sales associates were clearly trying their best to help.

I love getting my eyes checked here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Brauner is excellent, highly professional while also showing excellent interpersonal skills. First class care.

Dr Mike Chu is amazing! Best experience ever...he is so patient and gentle with my kids and always makes them feel so welcome! Would recommend Eye Class Optometry to anyone who wants the best experience when it comes to having their eyes checked! Best optometrist in Calgary!

Been a customer for 3 years. The employees underneath the head guy are not well informed about the policies. My mom and I explained what we were told about the discount for our order from one of the lady workers, but the guy said we were wrong and since we’ve already paid, there’s nothing he will do about it. For luxury glasses, their customer service is dirt. The guy would turn a blind eye if the situation calls for it. Good riddance. Save yourself or your parents the frustration and avoid this location.

I saw dr Steve alfauate and he was really good. very thorough I am very impressed
