Amazing staff and great experience! They were great with my kiddos and everyone seemed to really enjoy their work. Such a pleasure.

I have been a patient of hers (my whole family as well) for about 15 years and the service and quality of her products is exceptional. I would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a pair of reading glasses and sunglasses here - both of which I absolutely love. Shatru (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and provides customer service that is over the top. I can't say enough good things about him and the store! Just go and experience it for yourself.

Not the friendliest customer service. I went in to ask about contact lenses for dry eyes. I wanted to know if ProClear was a good option or if there were other options on the market. An older gentleman behind the desk said he would not answer unless I booked an appointment, then handed me a card and turned away. I was more than willing to book an appointment (as I am looking for a new optometrist) but left feeling dismissed instead.

Was there Nov. 30, 2016, Dr. Edmund was great, down to earth and very professional. I highly recommend.

Dr. Slivka is one of the best optometrists I've ever seen. For many years, I've had a problem finding the right contact lenses. I went through several doctors who became frustrated with my inability to find a comfortable prescription and brand. Dr. Slivka took the time to work with me until I found the perfect fit. He was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Unfortunately, a less than satisfactory experience with Dr. Li. The ability to listen without letting emotions get in the way was the expectation. I would not recommend this optometrist.

Fantastic personality. Incredibly funny

I was seen by this doctor on September 18th, 2017. The prescription he had made out, the lens are so cheap that they give a DISTORTED look, I am an O.W. recipient. I went back to discuss the issue and not only did he refuse to see me, he would not even talk to me! Descrimination against Ontario Work recipient.

Great experience and service! The ladies really know their stuff in terms of which glasses suit your face- I appreciate the blunt honesty when they say "those don't suit you". When it comes to glasses its so important to make the right call! I've gotten two pairs from here and love them completely. The optometrist is also great and very kind! Highly recommend.
