Staff and doctor are not helpful or attentive to patients at all. Very bad experience vising this place. Would not recommend , not worth even 1 start. Sorry.

I've gone here for many years. Traditionally excellent, over-the-top service. For some time last year, they had a staffing issue which would likely explain the previous bad review. Things are back to normal. If by normal you expect to have your lenses re-made as many times as it takes to get it right, and follow-up calls, and friendly, professional service. A really great place to get your peepers.

Lovely staff and unique glasses! I got a pair of vintage Oliver People's sunglasses today for a very reasonable price (it's their summer sunglasses sale). The staff were clearly very knowledgeable about each pair of glasses in their store and made sure to adjust my frames before I left. I especially like this lined glasses pouch they provided, complimentary with my purchase, that is perfect for taking sunglasses on the go, as I often find the cases that glasses come with too bulky to put in my purse.

They really know their stuff!! The frame stylist who helped me out really took time and care to make sure I found a pair that I liked and that suited my face; I hate buying glasses, so she made it a breeze! So happy with my new pair, will visit there for my next!

They are very professional and kind. I once even had my glasses ready in under 24 hours.

Today I happened to be in the Queen East area with my kids when my son who is an infant scratched my eye. At first I wasn’t too bothered by it but as time went on it got worse and worse so I thought I better get it checked out. I googled optometrists near by and called to see if I could just come. I am not a patient but they took me right away and were so accommodating to the fact I had my two kids with me. The doctor let me hold my son while he examined me and gave my daughter stickers and let her try on glasses through my appointment. She had so much fun. The doctor was efficient, kind, and gave me very clear information about the scratch in my eye. He gave me a prescription and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. I am so glad I went in because my eye was pretty severely scratched and the experience, which could have been disaster, was so painless and even enjoyable because of this amazing doctor and staff at 360 eyecare! Highly recommend!
