such a great place! always greeted with a smile. my cockapoo nibz always looks amazing after being groomed. Quick response if you leave a message and when i left a voicemail that was unclear of my phone number, they had my email on file and emailed me right away!! will always bring my dog here and highly recommend them to anyone i know!!! thank you so much!!!

Bonne did a awesome job with are Cooper!! 👍👍

Sue is really great with dogs & I love how my standard poodle looks. I have been going to Sue for at least 12 years. I took my first dog there and now my second as well❤️🐩.

They have the best selection and quantity of frozen or freeze dried flesh foods for pets. They have Canisource from Quebec. If you want raw, and don't compromise on health quality, then come here. I now rarely go to PetSmart, or Pet Valu. This place isn't inexpensive, but it's quality. Aarre Peltomaa

Professional, clean environment and very caring staff. Our dog is always looking great.

Very nice and helpful staff, excellent customer service

They deliver if you ask for no additional charge. Small store so they do not always have stock of larger items. They will order in for you. My dog loves to go in a pick his bone and then carries the bone all the way home leaving a drool path along the way. :)

My preferred kibble is 10% more expensive at global. Selection is hood. Services are a bonus. Customer service is great one on one but a 5 minute line up with 2 customers is sadly ridiculous.

Uta did a great job cleaning up a botched home haircut. My poor pup is no longer embarrassed

Love them. My dog loves them. Absolutely reliable, friendly, polite and overall amazing. I’ve been with a dog walking company that actually overbooked their walkers and forgot about my dog, on multiple occasions and without an apology. Meanwhile, Laura and her team are so knowledgeable about dogs and their health, well being, attitudes, everything. Plus, she owns a shop with pet food and supplies. Our dog walker would usually just drop off something if we were able to buy it from her store and charge it on the walks. Super convenient!

Great, friendly service. Will special order pet products and keep on hand for locals. Special thanks to Olso for the snuzzles and tail wags.

Dogs by Amanda is outstanding. Our West Highland White Terrier sports a perfect Westie cut thanks to Amanda. People have actually lined up to pet the super cute dog, like he is a rock star. We've been stopped by people that had to tell us what a perfect cut our dog has & then explain that they are professional dog groomers and they had to comment on the Westie cut. Amanda is consistently caring and our dog is very comfortable being groomed at her salon. Amanda shares observations that may mean a trip to the vet when we missed a sign. Greatly appreciated! Amanda's evaluation of our dog's diabetic food and suggestions lead us to better food and a dramatic improvement in diabetic control, after a full year of struggling. Huge accomplishment!!! Amanda is growing her knowledge of dog nutrition and I'm sure she will excel & the dogs will benefit. We highly recommend Dogs by Amanda!

They do a great job with grooming. Friendly and very good with the animals.

I started coming here simply because it was the closest location that carried the cat food I buy. While the staff was always friendly when I went in, I ordered a bag of cat food over 2 months ago and although I have gone in and called on multiple locations, they have not bothered to even get back to me. I was told the food is on back order, but I had to bug them for them to tell me this and the most recent interaction I had I explained that they needed to tell me if they were going to be able to stock this brand or not so I could go elsewhere. Once again, I was assured someone would get back to me that night or the next day and it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything. I have spoken with just about everyone in the store, explained what I want and given my information on multiple occasions and still no one has bothered to reach out.

Close to my home and open late even Saturday, that's exactly what I need with my busy schedule. Some guys there are nice and helpful, some - not as much. Or maybe that was a busy day and they got tired. They listened and proposed me cat food options explaining the difference. I don't like when I get under pressure by sales staff to by something specific. Here that was not an issue at all. They heard me, they cared about my choice.

Our 10-year-old dog Whiskey hardly shows his age with his regular sessions at Flow Canine Wellness. Massage therapy is such an excellent way to keep him feeling his best. If you have a senior dog I'd recommend a phone call to Heather Johnston at Flow Canine Wellness

The dog wash station is fantastic here, lots of towels, soap and a dryer, brushes for grooming. Also the gal manning the store this Saturday morning was always checking in to see we were ok with our large furry Bernese Mountain Dog (ordeal to wash). The prices are good, lots of sales and a pleasant environment. And kittens to adopt. Its like paradise on a saturday morning.
