Had the opportunity to meet Daniel while my girlfriend and I were shopping for snowboarding boots. Daniel really took the time to help educate us on what to look for when it comes to proper fitting footwear. Emphasis value for us and didn't push us into anything we really didn't need.

Felt EXTREMELY unwelcome there. No employees asked if I needed any help, and they were watching me like a hawk to make sure I was not stealing anything. Either that, or they could be selling some shady stuff, and are scared of their items being deeply inspected by anyone with a trained eye. Seemed like they were selling legitimate items, but I would still rather spend my money elsewhere. They need nicer employees that would be happier to help their customers.
