Dr. Shany is the best vet we have ever taken our animals to. He's knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely cares about our pets as if they were his own. We make sure our cats are always booked to see Dr. Shany. We had a bad experience with Dr. Orsini, she gave us the wrong advice when we brought our cat in for acne. We saw her again when our other cat was suffering from an unknown illness and she was really rude. Not compassionate at all and didn't seem to have a care in the world that our cat was dying right before our eyes. Our cat ended up having to be euthanized and for that we saw Dr. Shany, he was very kind and gentle towards us and our cat. The entire staff from their technicians to their reception staff is amazing but I would highly advise against seeing Dr. Orsini.

Our Dolly wasn't feeling well in the evening. She didn't have the ability to move her back legs, felt very lethargic and had no motivation. The next morning, she attempted to get up, but was unable too. When we contacted West Brant Animal Hospital, I was speaking with Laura about Dolly and broke down. Laura was so compassionate and said to bring Dolly in. She was so kind on the phone and understanding. A beautiful angel! When we arrived, two lovely and kind assistants, Lesley and Brenda greeted us with a stretcher to carry Dolly and made her feel loved and at ease. These two are angels! We were seen by Dr. Amy Butler who was very professional, compassionate and explained everything to us. Thank you Dr. Butler! You are so kind and yes, another angel at Team West Brant Animal Hospital! Our Dolly is home now and we pray that every day she feels stronger and is back to her ol self! Thank you to all, especially Dr. Kevin, who continues to show so much care and compassion to all our fur babies and to us doggie owners, to the staff, Judy and the rest of the amazing staff. The staff and Tiffany Wolters always treat our animals with the outmost respect and care throughout their lives. Prices are extremely reasonable and you can expect that you will be walked through everything with no surprises. Definitely our favorite vet and with the drive from Whitby.

Doctor Fell is the veterinarian at the North Waterloo Veterinary Hospital, who treated my beloved 14-year-old “puppy” named Penny. Doctor Fell is very professional and obviously loves her chosen vocation. She has an excellent examination-table side manner and was very calming to both her canine and her human charges. When we welcome dogs into our lives, we do so in the knowledge that their life’s span is usually only a fraction of ours as human; and final tearful goodbyes are merely biding their time. This was not that time; but at 14 years, it could have been. I am particularly grateful for the amount of time Doctor Fell spent explaining options and possible scenarios in sufficient technical detail, but recognising and giving appropriate focus to being reassuring to the possible underlying human emotions involved. At the end of the visit, I asked Doctor Fell if she knew of her eponymous Nursery Rhyme. The Mother Goose version of that rhyme refers to a child being afraid of the doctor as she suspects something unpleasant is about to happen. Here it is: I do not like thee, Doctor Fell, The reason why – I cannot tell; But this I know, and know full well, I do not like thee, Doctor Fell. In retrospect, I realize that the ethos of the original piece was the opposite to our visit. So, Penny and I put our heads together to remedy that. We think this is more in line with our experience: I really like thee, Doctor Fell The reason why’s not hard to tell When I was sick, you made me well That’s why I like thee, Doctor Fell Keep up the good work,

Staff very friendly, patient and put my dogs at ease right away. Very thorough.

I have nothing but respect for Dr. Panning and Dr. Uyede. Dr. Panning was always great with my pet, it was never just another patient or revenue stream unlike some vets. She is compassionate, respectful, and supportive. She remains calm and collected but you can see that she genuinely has your pet's best interests at heart. Dr. Uyede is the same way. I told him my dog was cautious of men and he took the time to sit with him and build his confidence and make him feel safer. I would absolutely recommend Parkdale to anyone that asked.

Thanks to Dr Dust and everyone on staff for their compassion during this difficult time saying goodbye to our little buddy after 18 years. Wonderful, responsible care for all of our pets. Thank you for taking the extra time with our family.
