Rising Lotus provides a great variety of yoga options for different people. The teachers are also amazing, they stress the importance of flow and keep us mindful of our bodies at all times. Highly recommended for yoga in Arnprior!

Brandi is a passionate teacher. Her yoga classes are instructive and creative. I appreciate her focus on the breath and the importance of proper alignment of postures. I took all Reiki level classes with Brandi and I highly recommend them. Brandi is patient and is always there to help.

Lori is absolutely amazing! I have done both prenatal and mom and baby yoga with her. I recommend taking her classes. As a third time mom, I still benefitted greatly from prenatal and it helped so much during my delivery.

I visited Integrative Healing after discovering them at the Collective Consciouness Expo, and I opted to try the Float as well as the facial. The Float was slightly awkward, as I've never exposed myself to anything like it, but my body thoroughly ppreciated the relaxation and detox. I had a facial with Kara, and it was the best facial I've ever had! I've used typical spas in the past and took part in facials with extractions; however, this experience was completely different, relaxing, enjoyable and best of all it was ALL NATURAL. I couldn't believe the difference in the look of my face, specifically my eyes (less puffy) and the decreased redness. The price is super reasonable and I would highly suggest it for any special occasions. Thank you!!
