Yoga

Love my yoga classes here, they have been a very positive addition to my life. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly....it's a "feel good" place.

Lower back pain has plagued me for 10 years. Regular work by Jen over the last year has reduced it to a very manageable level. Guys, body message is not just for girl's weekends. Jen is a professional and the results show it. Thanks Jen!

Nirvana retreats is magical. I recently hosted a retreat, with my teaching partner Jess, without visiting the centre first. We knew the area was beautiful but were not certain about what to expect. We were blown away by our experience. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable, the practice space was spacious and bright, swims and walks were incredibly nourishing, and the food was out of this world. The owners of the centre were helpful at every step of the way and exuded warm and caring energy. I would not hesitate to recommend Nirvana Retreat Centre and I will definitely be back in the future.

An amazing gym with nice people. I have never felt out of place or unsafe

I go there for acupuncture at Catheryne because I need to handle with my anxiety and menopause symptoms. Now, after three sessions, I can say I feel much better than before. Catheryne is professional and she is so warm that simply her presence gives you positive energy. Also, the place is cozy and the ladies from the front desk are friendly.

Went here for a massage, love that there is online booking and my massage was phenomenal. Very nice, clean space with friendly people working there. I will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved the yoga classes at the Lotus Blossom. The studio has a very calming atmosphere. Beautiful place to do yoga and meditate!

Lisa's studio provides an extremely relaxing atmosphere along with scents and music to allow one to totally be absorbed in your practice. I am constantly amazed with her knowledge of anatomy and how she is able to accommodate the needs of participants. Lisa ensures that the classes are well planned, varied in both poses and duration. Each session seems to go by so quickly and I always feel like I just had a massage. I have attended classes at a number of studios with instructors with varied skills and firmly declare that you will not be disappointed.

I spent a wonderful day with my coworkers at Wellness Path! I absolutely loved the facial treatment I received and will most definitely be back for another! The team and staff are friendly and experienced - we learned a great deal in our time here!

New Facility with indoor pool and squash court with updated equipment would be great. Hopefully make it the spot to be because it's the furthest gym in the East

Very friendly staff. Machines are in good working order.

Love this studio. It is my second home, thanks for making such a beautiful community space!

Bring your yoga mat, your bathing suit, cash, and a refillable water bottle and reusable cutlery. Great time dancing, swimming, doing yoga, shopping and hanging out in a hammock. Kids are free to attend.
