I feel very blessed to lead yoga at this little slice of heaven on earth.

I enjoy and benefit from every yoga and pilates class with Janet Dalzell. Janet makes everyone feel valued and she is a master at modifying poses to suit individual fitness levels. I have gained so much strength, flexibility and confidence from Janet's classes. Thank you so much for sharing your energy and divine spirit with me!

Bobbi is a phenomenal yoga instructor. I’ve been to all the best studios in Toronto and she tops them all 😊 funny, educational and talented. Love her classes!

The first time I tried yoga was a little over nine months ago and since then have gone from a once a week student to a monthly member and I have never felt better. I don’t just mean physically, but an overall feeling of well being. Melinda, both the owner and an instructor at the 7th wave, always says “it’s yoga practice not yoga perfect” so it doesn’t matter whether you are young or old, a beginner or an expert you will never feel out of place in this beautiful and calming yoga studio. There are many different teachers, styles and levels of yoga to choose from so you will be able to find the one that’s right for you.
