Yoga

The owner is very good at getting you set up. She is almost always there. Good variety of machines and weights. It is kept clean too

Awesome

Love all the classes The cleaning procedures are excellent Very safe place to workout When restrictions ease / I would love to see more classes added Attack. Combat. Step.

Amazing fitness class. The instructor is very passionate and makes each session fun and engaging. The workouts are intense but are modified according to your own ability. You'll really see a noticeable difference in your strength and endurance. Highly recommend!

This is a really nice gym. Between the great machines, the women's only room, the spaciousness, the ton of parking, and the fact that it is open (and staffed! the staff are super chill and kind by the way, in the many times I've been in here I've only ever had one bad experience) 24/7, I cannot imagine working out anywhere else. It has a beautiful pool, a sauna, a hottub, and massage chairs. This location does not have tanning. My only complaint is that the hottub is often shut down for maintenance - I understand this is necessary but I just love it so much that I wish it was always open!

Best gym in the area! Small but very friendly atmosphere, and has all the equipment you need.

Courage et Une grande pensé a ma collègue Chantal Pouliot à qui le centre Masso-Détente étais incendié la semaine dernière. ....

This shop had a good selection of jackets, shoes, vests, pants and easy wear pieces. I bought a great lightweight, heather grey, hooded rain jacket which is the perfect travel piece. In store accessories nicely complimented the garments they sold. Lolë is a must stop when you're in Mt. Tremblant!

Everyone is amazing here, very friendly and great prices.

I travel all over Canada and train at all different kinds of pole studios.. this one is so inviting and innovative.. I've learnt my best aerials here and the instructors spotting techniques make me feel so safe! I love it there and I'll always come back when I'm in town!

My husband and two other friends booked a weekend at the YGR and loved every second of being out there. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the cleanliness of the cabins and kitchen is unbelievable. Yoga with Robert and Billie was so relaxing and leaves you feeling rejuvenated. We got to try out the hammocks, the fire pit, walks on the trails and used the kayaks on the quiet little lake. Beautiful washroom facilities and I love how quiet it is out there. Highly recommend booking a stay at the YGR.

Moi, j'ai profité des spéciaux de Lululemon, leurs vêtements sont confortabes et uniques J'adore Lululemon tout simplement

They have really old equipment, bad smell, bad shower room. Be very careful with your payment. They will mess it up, and never figure it out. I really don't recommend it.

I live this gym I really wish I had more time to visit and burn some energy off

I've been dancing here for 15 years on and off. I looked forward to all my classes when I was younger and they really set me up with excellent dance foundations and discipline. Now, as an adult, I cannot wait for the alumni jazz class every week. Wonderful, skilled teachers and a beautiful studio.

Heather is dedicated, hard working and compassionate. The studio she has set up is cozy, comfortable and welcoming. It is amazing to have this type of place, available to the community, in Alta Vista and beyond. Whether for yoga, mindfulness, boardgames or all of the above, I am confident that participants will get a lot of benefit from Here and Now Studio.
