I'm not sure what is different about what I experienced vs other people but these are some of the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for similar services, look elsewhere

Love this gym. The staff are friendly and always willing to help achieve your goals. The members are also fantastic and work well together to encourage and share equipment. Super clean location too...they are always cleaning!!!

My Homeopath, my homeopathy, My homeopathic medicine was not in my vocabulary nor did I understand as to what they really meant or did .However, I found a homeopath in new market ontario by the name of Christine Moran who settled my misconceptions. This was quite an education for me that there are natural ways of healing our bodies and how we must prevent those toxic chemicals from entering. Instead we can take herbal medicine for all ills for children as well as adults. I will recommend this Homeopath within my circles and beyond as I'm sure that there are more people like me that would like natural ways of preventing illnesses. Suzie

I've been to many Goodlifes in Ontario and this one is very well managed! Great staff, equipment, instructors.

Honestly I love crunch fitness. Between the Niagara Falls and Tonawanda locations, they arecorded my twork favorites. The only reason why I gave them four stars instead of five is because I feel with the amount of money I spend on their membership compared to their competetors, I should get a bit more privacy in the bathroom stalls. The gap between the walls are pretty large, large enough for people to peek through and see my business. This needs to be fixed. Below I left some pros and cons. Pros: -Have hydro massager and tanning beds available -large facility, which is good for busy hours -showers and locker room -includes a dry sauna with any membership -have a many machines to chose from for any workout desired. Cons: -Lack of privacy in the stalls -sometimes the gym is a bit cold while trying to workout (but honestly notHong really worth complaining about) Overall I'm satisfied with this gym. I encourage anyone to come give them a try.

Nice awesome people

Been to a ton of gyms nationwide, this is nice, like any other professional gym with actual women's rooms (showers, sauna, lockers, etc.), but the real selling point for me was the WOMEN'S SECTION (full strength training equipment area, free weights, cardio machines, etc.). This section is separate from the male clientele. That's right ladies, for those of you not looking for a date, you can have a 100% comfortable, yet serious, workout without having your rear stared at the whole time! You are free to use whichever side of the gym you prefer.
