Yoga

Awesome first experience/very comfortable. I will be back! 😊

Robyn and staff are A-mazing! Couldn't find nor ask for a better group of fitness instructors and fanatics than Bliss Be Fit! I'm very proud to call them my Pole Sisters!

Cortnie and her yoga family are so uh, sweet! (took everything I had not to write RAD lol!) They're welcoming, knowledgeable and always ready with a hug. Love these guys!

Really friendly and very nice studio love the atmosphere !!

Loved my massage! Can't wait to come back!

Love the atmosphere and all the classes, highly recommend. Steph, Sara and Trisha are fantastic yogis.

Really good staff.

Awesome gym I did hot yoga also top notch class

I took a wonderful 3 month beginners class to yoga. It was a great mix of yoga and mindfulness. I felt very comfortable.

Great basketball Court 🏀🔥

Michelle Bedhomme is an excellent RMT! I have been to several RMT’s over the years and Michelle used techniques and showed me stretches nobody else had before . She properly diagnosed my referred pain and actually treated muscles correlated to the referred pain instead of just massaging where it hurt. She discussed the inflammation with the referred pain what was happing to my body due to the repetitive nature of my job (dental hygienist) and is helping me to progress to getting better long term and prolonging my career. I’ve never felt better after a massage. I booked again with her right away.

Great staff, clean and good equipment
