Yoga

The teachers here are very loving, patient and aware of the different needs of individual children. My son is always excited to tell me about his playschool adventures!

Love the help I am getting

The best gym I've been to. Has more than enough equipment. The change rooms are spacious and the gym is always clean

Goodlife is the best gym in town! There is loads of equipment, clean facilities and great staff. Daniel and Kelson are especially welcoming. They know me by name and make the gym feel inviting and friendly! Thanks guys!

Warm and welcoming staff as soon as you enter the doors! Amazing atmosphere to get you into the spinning mood, I would HIGHLY recommend SOUL to new and veteran spinners!

Great staff, great classes, and lots of equipment. I've been going here since it opened and plan to be a lifetime member 😊

Calming and relaxing.

I've only ever used the pool in this centre. It's lovely. Lot's of toys for little kids to play with, clean area, friendly staff.

Barre with Cortney is amazing

Great new facility. From out of town and the atmosphere and staff were so inviting. Highly recommend

The coaches are all amazing, all dedicated to making sure you not only have the best work out but also a fun and challenging one. Simply the best place to work out.

I am a member at another 9 round. I love my 9 round work outs! Went to this location today as I was in Leduc waiting for a while and thought I'd check them out and squeeze in a workout while I waited. They were really welcoming and worked me hard! I learnt a couple new skills and I am pretty sure walking is going to be an issue tomorrow! (That's not a bad thing, hahahaha!) Total double thumbs up to the upbeat vibe and push the trainers gave me to get the most out of the session! Thanks a million!

The front desk staff is so nice. The facility is always super clean. I love that extra classes are sometimes offered. The trainers, especially Shawn are so amazing and positive. The social media feed is informative and interesting and I love getting to know my fellow members. Keep up the great work!

A great workout

Having been diagnosed with stenosis of the lower spine I was ecstatic to find that there actually is Pilates being taught in Lethbridge and that Andrea could help me develop core strength with my condition in mind. I couldn't ask for a more professional, experienced and knowledgeable instructor. I so look forward to every lesson I take!

Bill and the other trainers are great, been going for months now and seeing some results. When it's busy it is a small place and can get a bit crowded, parking on Sunday can be problematic as church goers do not respect the businesses in the strip mall. Otherwise great place!

Love fit for less. I come 3 times a week. Great location too
