An amazing resource! Red Deer’s hidden gem.

I have attended classes at MoveGaruda since may/2017. Prior to that I was having difficulty standing for any lengths of time and was going to Physiotherapy for knee problems. The exercises have helped my strength improve. I have better balance and my knees feel much more stable. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They encourage me to challenge what I thought I could manage exercise-wise. The health benefits I have attained are well worth the cost & time spent.

Recommend this clinic to lots of friends and family. Excellent at what they do here! Also have been to classes (yoga and kettlebell) and you can not go wrong with any class here! Top notch!!!

Great gym. Great equipment. Very overwhelming for first timers. Sucks when they advertise as a “24/7 gym” and I go there for 4am and it’s closed on July 3rd. Idk why it’s closed it’s not a holiday.

Income tax assistance (low income) was awesome and fast and immediate! Pleasant enough. Good location downtown.

Lots of room. Don't need to wait for equipment.

This place turned my life around. I am stronger and more confident than I have been in many years. I worked with Jeff. He created a personal plan for me that had me starting slow because I had never lifted weights before. We concentrated on getting my technique right so I always felt safe. Jeff revised my exercises as I grew stronger, so it was always interesting and kept me motivated. He pushed me to do my best and that allowed me to get the most out of each visit. The other trainers are also attentive and always willing to offer encouragement and suggestions. It’s a great place to regain a sense of yourself.

The girl at the front desk was very rude and there was not enough equipment. I will never come back to this facility.
