OTF is more than a gym. It is a family. You get to know the members. You get to know the staff. Everyone there is sincerely here to help you reach your goals and push you to the next level. In the workouts, everyone is doing their own thing and working out at the same time, so no one is watching someone else. Also, seeing your heart rate up on the screen motivates you to push harder and be in the orange zone. It's definitely a gym I would recommend.

I went to Erin's Step Class this morning and it was a great cardio workout. Erin is a great instructer. Makes everything "kind of " easy. For a guy with two left feet I had a great workout.

Linda is amazing. I've been trying to find a massage therapist like her for years in Grande prairie. Rates are some of the best in town, and she is professional and makes appropriate and minimal conversation. I feel like she's actually focused on fixing your problem and does a wonderful job at that. I'll be referring her to all of my friends

Price is $63 (in the 60s) for a monthly pass, and $42 if you are a student. Just bring any form of proof that you are a student. I brought my student ID card. Staff are only available from 4-7pm on M-R and other times you can get in with your card access which will be given when you get a pass. They ran out of passes when I went though. The facility has almost no maintenance and it is your job to keep it clean and usable. See pictures for equipment.

Nice layout of the pools! The lazy river is awesome. The slide is also a favorite.

Good monthly rates. Good facility. Has all the gym equipment you'll need. Usually not to crowed which is the best part.

SO AMAZING!!!! I recommend it to everyone, the staff (Mel, Heather, and Nate) are so welcoming and friendly! It's become my second home, I love inferno! ❤

Proprietor Leah offers excellent group fitness classes and personal training specifically tailored to clients' fitness goals. The gym is immaculate with lots of free parking. We heartily endorse this fitness facility and especially its owner/operator Leah.

Workout equipment and staff are very good. The steam room is out of order more often than not. Parts apparently take months to come in. I would be a happy customer if they could get this problem addressed. P.S. steam room has been fixed and hasn’t had a problem since.

I knew absolutely nothing about Pilates when I started over 5 years ago and now I can't live without it. If I had to pick just one thing about To The Core that I love it's that I have complete confidence in the instructors' training and experience ability to make the workouts challenging but safe, making expert modifications for individual needs. Thanks ,Donna, for changing my life!

This past weekend I started my yoga teacher training held at Oasis. I left in a rush on Sunday night and I guess I left my Lululemon Belle Wrap hanging in the ladies change room. This week I was running around home and work frantically looking for it.. I was sick I had lost it. Last night I went to Oasis and there it was...hanging in the change room!! Thank you to all the yogis who didn't take it.. makes me feel warm all over that you're all so honest!!

I was new to working out and had never taken a class before and I immediately found Pure Vibe inviting and the experience and atmosphere great. The staff is knowledgeable and they take the time to ensure your personal needs are being met. There is also a great variety of classes to choose from to suit your mood for the day. Whether you want a relaxing yoga, power yoga, revkor, both low and high intensity, or you want to test your balance and core on surfset they have it all!

Amazing massage therapist’s for the whole family! We are regulars and absolutely love the beautiful space and people who work there.

Love this place! The studio is not only a clean and welcoming environment, but the instruction is top-notch. Patti is meticulous in her teaching - she is very aware of your movements and able to easily explain any modifications needed. I appreciate her individualized approach and have definitely noticed an improvement in my lower back pain, flexibility, and overall body-awareness.
