Great machines. Always clean. Everyone is very respectful of each other.

Get a little busy sometimes at lunch. But the only location where the plates don't stick. Real lifters know what I am talking about.

My 2 year old grandgirl and i love it at Winnipeg Beach. She enjoys the play structures and loves the water and sand. And the people are so very friendly. It is a beautiful place to spend some time

Large swimming pool, good track and OK weight room. No sauna or whirlpool though.

I left another crossfit gym as starke was offering a great promotional offer regarding training and nutrition. I was nervous starting at a new gym. But the best thing about starke is they usually start out the training session with some sort of fun activity, forcing you to interact and get to know the other members, aka making friends. Starke is the best crossfit gym in Winnipeg because: 1. Paul the owner is friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and present. 2. The programming is great. 3. The coaches are awesome 4. The other members are awesome and inspiring 5. The facility is huge, clean and plenty of equipment.

I've been a member of Crossfit Corydon for a little over a year. In that time I've seen my strength and general fitness improve tremendously. I can attribute this 100% to the fact that I really enjoy going to the gym now, and that can be attributed 100% to the amazing coaches and members at Crossfit Corydon.

This class is good but not quite 5 stars. The instructor Alison I had was wonderful, she shows you how to wrap your wrists, proper form and other ways to hit the target. It's great that it is all women, fast paced, a great workout if you give it your all and the free trial is a plus. The downside is it is hard to find; I noticed everyone goes into Cafe 22 asking where 30 minute hit is, the poor staff is probably super frustrated by now, it is literally right beside the cafe but there needs to be more signs. The other downside is, apparently you can only go for one round, I understand the one round for people that are doing the free trial but if people get a membership they should be able to at least go one more time to ensure they are satisfied and get their money's worth.

The bowling was fine, the alley was nice. Asked him how much it would be for my two friends and i to play. "$2.25" he said "and you can stay as long as you want'. Got the sheet, played two games. "$13.75" he told me. Not impressed at the vagueness of the answer i got when asking for a price. Specify next time, old ass fart.

Quick clean got almost everything I needed plus some cute baby shoes 💜
