The treatments offered by Jeevanaya are definitely unique to our area, professional and thorough. The session left me in a wonderful balanced state of blissful relaxation yet alert - that is until I got home. Any plans were ditched to revel in the afterglow.

If you've worked with a personal trainer before, you know that the relationship is foundational to your own success. You've got to work well together. Working with Meagan is a DELIGHT. She's professional, always prepared, constantly upgrading her skills to teach you the latest, and HILARIOUS. She's got a good balance of challenging you while making sure you're safe. Training with Meagan means you can relax, and devote your energy to the goals you've set for yourself; she's got your back.

Coffee, internet cafe, eatery, gift shop and boat tours. This place just opened up this past weekend and my wife and I went there today. Really great coffee and ice cream. Beautiful gift shop, and also a nice meeting room. I hear burgers are coming and you also will be able to access Internet. It's nice to see another place in town, all of which have their own unique identity which make them special. Check them all out and support local.

The staff was great. Steve in particular. Extremely helpful in getting our needs met.

Dropped in while on vacation. Great facility, great coach and the class was very welcoming to an outsider. Only had time for one workout (which was free, as your first one is), but would have gladly paid the day pass rate for subsequent drop in days. Overall highly recommended!

James Watson is a skilled & knowledgeable instructor! He makes every workout different & most importantly FUN!! His kind, caring approach makes every client feel comfortable, valued & appreciated! I would highly recommend checking out his classes!

I was a little disappointed when I visited the gym as there was very little cardio equipment to choose from. It appeared they only had treadmills for cardio equipment. Running is not my favourite and would have preferred an elipitcal machine. This is not my home snap fitness and I was expecting a variety of cardio machines to choose from.

Great club. Love those new equipment and the staff there. This club has parking right out front and has a great buzz. They Coach / train people in an open area and the sessions are amazing. I have done 4 sessions there (I subscribe to the sessions in the Kitchener clubs but use this one as well). Jeff is knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Highly recommend.
