One of the best things you can do for yourself is to sit in and learn a powerful meditation technique in a 10 day course: a must have experience. The center at Montebello is full of metta and the teachers are very experienced. They know exactly how to guide you through your experience. The food is amazing and the center is growing very fast in dhamma. I have sat 3 courses at this center and am signed up for my 3rd, Sathi, course. Life-changing is the right word for this technique. My life is like day and night before and after practicing Vipassana. Thank you for all the generosity, love and kindness. Metta!

Beautiful views of the Detroit skyline that helps take you away from the mundane hustle and bustle, and really turn in while you participate in the various levels of classes the studio offers. Conveniently located for those of us who work downtown as well, which is a huge perk. Great place to check out of the office, break a sweat, and engage your mind!

So far so good. Not too busy and if it happens to be, there are multiples of many machines.

I love to work out here, the pool is great, suana and the Hot tube...Oh lets not forget about the drinks and nice polite staff..

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience training with Pete! I have been to several trainers and this is leaps and bounds above the rest, he runs a tight ship, which I appreciate. Not only have I seen a change in my physical appearance, but it has not even seemed like work (it has felt like it though, do not mistake what I am saying). It was/is exactly the type of personal training I was looking for, I am so impressed and grateful for Pete and his team for their professionalism and in-depth knowledge. I would highly recommend signing up for sessions, you will not regret one moment, or dollar spent here!

I'm a current resident in LaSalle Fitness. They have pretty much all the equipment I need with pool and sauna. New management, nice staff, clean and tidy environment. Overall, it is a great place to workout!
