La garderie petits Nanooks n'a pas su reconnaitre sa chance car je n'ait peut- être pas de diplôme mais adore les enfants et je me passionne pour le peuple Innu et le grand nord.J'aurai aimé apprendre de belle chose aux enfants de la garderie et j'aurai également aimé faire un pont durable entre les deux nations mais depuis 2008 on me dit NON pourquoi parce que je n'ai pas de diplôme mais j ai l'amour des enfants.

Been attending for 6 months and the instructors are different but great in there own way. That is a benefit.

I am going to Jai Yoga since a couple of months. I love the chilled vibe and the lovely atmosphere. The teachers are well experienced and there are various classes a day for all kind of levels and moods.

An excellent place for body, mind, and soul!

I had an amazing personal trainer and did see results but after a year of pushing hard in the gym I realized something wasn't working for me. In finding Rosa she taught me to listen to my body by finding stillness! This has opened up so much for me, physical, mental and emotional. If you feel stuck or you are lacking clairity in any aspect of your life, or simily desire more out of the life you are living, this is the place for you!

Clean and spacious. Could use more and newer equipment. Overall, a good place to workout.

Beautiful space to practice yoga. The instructors are always so supportive. I always enjoy spending time here!

Best personal training studio ever !!

Had the opportunity to check out this facility last winter. This is an amazing gym, very clean and organized. Such a helpful staff too. I fell in love with the elevated track, perfect place to jog on those cold days. Can't wait to come back. Wish I can give it more than 5 stars.

The true definition of no judgement zone. Start with the basics, build at your own pace and capabilities-or don't. Great group of people to work with. I've been here for 5 years and can't imagine going anywhere else.
